Well since you all have been fabulous with helping me so far, I got a few more questions.
I read somewhere about liquid at "WallyWorld" so I went there today and found some in the cake baking section, it says candy and baking flavoring. It has artificial flavoring, Propylene Glycol, water, red 40 and blue 4. So my question is can I use this in my cartridge? If so do I need a fresh cartridge? or do people just add to old ones, I have a marlboro one that came with my kit.
Thanks everyone!
Oh yea and how do people store the e-cig? does the cartridge have to be taken off in between uses?
Sorry for all the crazy questions, your all very kind to answer so thoroughly and not laugh at my craziness!

That is only flavoring, you need to mix it w/ PG or VG to make juice.

Loran's is a popular flavoring brand and can be found at wally world. You can also buy plain USP grade Glycerin there too. I buy a high nic content juice (50+ mg) and cut it with plain VG/PG (at 2 or 3 times more plain to nic juice to bring the nic level down to 16-24mg). Then I add 5-10% flavoring. Then shake vigorously! This is the important step: let it sit at least a week. Sure you can vape it right away, but it won't be as good. see for yourself and give it a shot.

Siddy, I've read a few times here about people letting juices "age" or whatever it's called...so my question is, do you mix your own and let them sit a week or do you buy juices and let them age a week regardless?

Reason for my question is I have a few from one company that friggin rock out the gate! But I ordered some from another online store and I think they mix them as you order them and when they arrived, I tried them and thought they were a little weak...so I'm letting them age for a week or so and will give another try.

Am I just a dumb noob or does this sound proper?

Thanks

T

On storing your e-cig; it depends a bit. Most with automatic batteries are activated by a diaphragm that senses a difference in pressure. Some of these are really sensitive, and would be activated if you put it in your pocket and walked around. That's not so bad if the atomizer is not connected to the battery; but if it is, current will flow through the atomizer with every activation. This will run down your battery and could ruin the cartridge/atomizer. So for automatic battery models, I always separate the battery from the atomizer/cartridge.

If you are talking about storing them overnight or for a few days, weeks, I wondered about this too. I was worried that they might drain the battery if left on especially on auto batteries because I read somewhere that they had a standby switch that very slowly used battery power. I was told that it wasn't necessary to take the atomizer off so I haven't and I haven't noticed any noticeable drain on my batteries. I don't really know if this is true or not but like I said I haven't noticed any difference.
