My wife is one of those people who never smoked, Very very seldom drinks even then just a half glass of wine or something. Never tried any thing illegal. Just the opposite of me.
She get migraines that put her down for a day at a time. Chocolate is one of her triggers. I was vaping some Belgian coco from Halo she like the smell and wanted to try a puff. She loved it and we got her some 0 nic juice and now she can enjoy chocolate with out worrying she will suffer a migraine. She also likes no calories which is silly an she is a 4'7" 98lbs Filipino woman. But just wanted to share that might be others who suffer from migraines or food allergies who could enjoy vaping.

Just wanted to point out that chocolate flavor in the e-juice is the result of chocolate food flavoring. If this doesn't cause her to get a headache then she could buy some food flavoring and add it to any food to get her chocolate kick. She doesn't have to vape it.
Just saying...

How about rice crispie treats made with chocolate food flavoring for Xmas. Awesome!

My wife won't try. Just says random things when i'm vaping about the smells.

"Caramel"

"Pancake Syrup"

"Jolly Rancher"

Funny thing is she's off most of the time of what I'm actually vaping lol.

That's funny! It's like a fluid I once got as a "try me" I can't remember the name, but it smelled just like RedBull or Monster.. But it didn't taste like it to me though...

Sounds legit.

I've been experimenting with clove and sinus colds. Seems the clove really speeds up the healing process dramatically for me. I wouldn't recommend inhaling it, since clove cigs were banned in the US (I think) in the 80s. For all I know this was a political decision? In any case it's working wonders for my sinuses. Thoughts?

For myself, I don't "get" the vapor/food relationship. To me, vapor seems nothing like the food it smells/tastes like. I don't even like sweets or chocolate but I love sweet and chocolate flavored liquid. I absolutely love coffee . . but I really don't like coffee flavored juice. One flavor is consistent, though - I never enjoyed the taste of ciggies and I still don't enjoy tobacco flavored liquid. I started with it to try and "simulate" the real thing . .but once I realized that vaping works and doesn't need to taste bad - I moved on.

The one similarity to food that I have noticed is the taste interaction - ie - watermelon flavored vapor tastes horrible if you're drinking coffee at the same time . . kinda like drinking orange juice after brushing your teeth does.

If it works for her, though, that's awesome. You might want to buy some VG and flavoring - I have read that some 0 nic juices have actually tested positive for nicotine. Could be using the same vessels for measuring/mixing . .don't know.

Interesting. It surely isn't the flavor I'm craving when I vape. Of course I notice when it tastes yummy but with a lot of hits the flavor doesn't come thru a whole lot or like first thing in the morning. When the flavor is good I definitely vape a lot. Probably twice as much, maybe even more. I got a lime concoction with ginger and lychee nut that gave me a new craving for lime deserts though. Got some real fruit lime Popsicles for one. Oh well. It's all related. Sure. Got a clove. Was. Warned it is very clove-ee. Haven't tried it yet. And I only learned clove is good when sick tonight on this thread. Like Bosco said. That's pretty much my take on things. It really grossed me out shopping for flavors to see stuff like bacon etcetera. Not for me, no thank you

I've never purchased any pre-made fluids; always diyed. I like the simple tastes; Jasmine, violet, menthol, clove, peppermint, etc. I only buy the natural ones. I mix them each day depending on mood; craving :)

There's nicotine in many natural vegetables such as potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, black teas, cauliflower, green peppers, etc. So a small amount would be negligible in my opinion. If you're really concerned, learn about the right kind of VG USP and distilled water and make your own. The only "tricky" part is to insure you're getting the right kind of VG. Otherwise, it's not too difficult to mix your own. My point is nicotine is not as bad as we Americans have been told (Mainly due to all the anti-smoking campaigns) and is not as addictive on it's own. Or perhaps that's the reason why we crave some of the foods we do? :)
