Seems the campaign section is on the bash FDA bandwagon. Well, our good friends over at the FDA are getting slapped with yet ANOTHER lawsuit.

This makes, how many lawsuits so far since the tobacco law took place? 5? Counting the one with n/joy and SE. The FDA will be too busy fighting litigation than it will be to block imports. LOL

Hopefully they will be sued out of existence.

Sorry, but if they don't start dogpiling the FDA now ... it is obvious that they are looking to ban everything tobacco related eventually if at all possible. I just can't believe this crap! Freedom? What freedom? Oh well... you don't *really* need *that* much freedom now do you? PFT!

Our economy is a train-wreck, the top American Military commander in Afghanistan(General McChrystal) says we're in danger of losing the war without more troops, Intelligence has just discovered ANOTHER uranium enrichment complex in Iran and what is being prioritized over here: stopping the influx of Flavored cigarette tobacco!!!! It is all a power and control grab. Incompetent ...... with no skills or values have nothing else to contribute but to impose their will on others. If they find themselves short-handed, they will just hire more of themselves . It's only our money. Heck, they'll just raise the analog taxes more!

And they need the tobacco users to be the villains. We are easy prey. And they need a villain to justify their existence. Vapers fit the bill to add to the ranks of the villains.
