Ok. Ill play. My answer as why I'm guilty of antiprovarism is because it is status quo.
Now to the fun stuff. I have a chocolate lab mix, a tri colored Jack Russell, a chocolate chihuahua, a white toy poodle, a bi color black and tan German shepherd ( mostly lack) a solid black German Shepherd, a 3 solid black Oriental Shorthair cats, a bi color smoke and white Oriental shorthair cat, a blue apple head Siamese, a Seal apple head siamese, an all grey kitty with fur softer than a shorthaired bunny, a orange marmalaide tabby a black with white strip Tennessee Walking horse and a tri colored Paint quarter horse. i just downsized by two Tennesse Walking horses and a Sable German Shepherd. I have 3 males. The rest females. Usually i have all females. Ive had animals all my life and this is my last batch. They are all happy and hairy! Especially now with Spring shedding. I do not shed however!

Of course they exist and it is not hard to understand why.

I am a ProVari user and it is an awesome mod.

But it is not the be all and end all. There are many great mods out there that do just as well and I dare say, on a bang for buck basis are even a better option. sigelei, Vamo you name it.

You could get 6 Vamos for the price of a ProVari and it is a great device even if it lasts just 12 months you could just ditch it and buy another or a better built sigelei.

Look, the ProVari is not the holy grail. It is not the device to end all devices. It is in fact a bit boring when compared to other gizmos on the market that offer a good experience for less money. It doesn't do VW either which I prefer after using the eVic.

And before I get all bashed up, I do use a Provari as my main device. I also use eVic and am planning on getting a Sigelei or Vamo which I believe are excellent as well.

I actually don't understand it. I was reading a REO thread with great interest. I don't plan on getting one at this time but I found it interesting. When people mention they are thinking about a Provari and ask what people think I will say I really like mine.

I do realize other things exist and I am shopping around for a non-Provari for a specific application. I just noticed in some posts when Provari is mentioned I hear things that don't see quite true to me and it seems that some people who are knocking them have not tried one.

I have two Provaries, I am searching for a best possible hands free solution and thinking about keeping one cigalike system around but I want it to be the best I can find for my purposes. I am considering V4L's cigar looking thing for an away from home both hands occupied system. I am also thinking about what cigalike for a quick to two mile bike ride and a different one for a two hundered mile ride.

I will confess to being a Provari fan but I do realize other things are out there and have a place. I really hated the eGo-C but I know some like them. I will tell people I love my Provari's but I don't think I rub it in any ones face. I have just noticed what seems like some Provari hate out there.

Now there are things I do not consider Provari hate, I saw some posts about a wonky button. Mine are fine but I do think theirs might have an issue. I just have this feeling that in some peoples eyes someone that owns a Provari and especially if you own more than one you are a little worm.

I'm the only not shedding around here, Flaylool. Hubby sheds some.

I was about to reference that thread about the Reo. A member with a ProVari started the thread with questions about getting a Reo, and one of the replies he got was:

Dude! REO is a waste of $ and a serious downgrade from the Provari. You have the Rolls Royce of PV's. Why buy a Chrysler?

Why?

I will suggest the eRoll for your hands free kick .... atty great flavor cig alike. Its better than a cig because the cherry doesnt brush off when youre doing a two hands thing manual applications and smoke doesnt get in your eyes or up your nose. And animals arent fond of stinky smoke either but you really dont want the cherry to brush off while riding and have it land on the horses ....

How is that? I bought quite a few things and in each one of them they either came up short or something went wrong. I was not interested in a Provari at all but then I started adding up how much I had already spent and realized it was quite a bit. I found I could have bought two provaries if I had not bought stuff and the accessories that I ended up not liking.

I decided it was cheaper to get far better than I think I need and that it would be cheaper in the long run. When I got my first I ended up liking it far more than I expected. It didn't seem fiddly, it did what I wanted much better than the other things. There are things also more expensive than a Provari but I am not sure yet if I would like those any better. I might but I don't know yet.

I wish I had bought the Provari right after my first cigalike. I bought four different cigalike sets that had something about them I didn't like. That alone was more than my Provari, tank, and batteries. I spent enough on eGo stuff to also buy a Provari. I am not sure if it is a status que thing.

I didn't realize the eRoll was an automatic. I will have to take a look.

Sable GSD's are the best.

??? Not sure you took that the way I meant it. Reos are beautiful devices, what bothered me was the guy's post about them being a waste compared to a ProThingy. It was like saying cookies are a waste of $$ because you have cake.

I was seriously looking at an eRoll until I found out I couldn't put CE3s or Nanos on it. I like them.

Ah, I understand.

I was looking at the REO before I ended up getting the Provari. I don't know if I will ever do a bottom feeder or not but I found looking at them interesting. There is also a bottom feeder made in England that caught my attention. I think even if there is something in the Provari's size class the Provari is doing everything I want to do at this time. I will probably focus on the things that would be niche items for me. The 5% use items when a Provari just does not fit what I am doing.

My fear is clutter. I had a whole bunch of e-cig clutter that I got knocked down by giving away. I am afraid I will reclutter again if I am not careful.

Well. Its too late now for me. I have evrything that works best for me. Funny too because my favorite is the eRoll. I use it more but if i didnt get a break from it i wouldnt enjoy it as much. I actually prefer box mods for the big stuff and i prefer Variable Watt. Im set really. I have two bottom feeders. I use the kick with mechanicals. And i like Vamo's VW for me. Why i like the kick. I had variable volt in ego VVs and i still use them for tank/carto vaping. I dont need another regulated mod but if i bought one more id get a box mod that has the rechargeable batteries but you can plug it in to recharge it, has VW and is a style of some kind. I also hate counting button pushes. I had that and returned it on some mod way back, forget which. Maybe flat oval rectangular and love love brass. I wrap my Vamo. I am putting together some glove leather to wrap it next time. I do love the indented dots on the Provari and when the tank matches that it looks so good. Its a nice looking mod. I wouldnt wrap it.

I love my ProVari. But I'm always buying new mods...to replace the broken backup mods that I own because you can never have just one device. I bought this today. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...36-smoktech-winder-vv-ego-type-batteries.html

At least it's new enough that no one is going to hate on it. You might as well look it up. Now when we recommend mods to newbies we can add winder to the litany of twist and spinner. Odd thing is, I looked it over real good and I don't see no winder. Maybe it's on the back side that's not in dere photograph.

I can hear the conversation now.

Bob: Got a winder?
Tom: Yep.
Bob: Got glass in it?
Tom: Nope.

Yep I know it's probably pronounced wine-der, but let me have my fun. :D

I am looking at somethings I think that most out here consider the bottom dwellers of the vaping world. Automatics but that is because I really want a hands free solution.

I am looking at Vapor4lives Auto Dial-A-Volt 650mah with a Smilomizer but not sure if I will like size of the built in drip tip. I have bought too many things that just don't fit. It might be perfect for what I want but maybe not.

I also have been thinking about solving my hands free option by going backwards to a 45mm Ivenvape with 1.5ml capacity and an SDkeyring Maxi as my hands free option.

I am also thinking on another cigalike but do not want a Blu, I want something better than that. It would only be for short trips, the handy grab and run with one and not be loaded down.
