Anxiety from vaping: found my solution

I had some of that anxiety, especially when I switched from cig-sized to ego-sized. I was just a little shy about showing my juice in those clear clearomizers. Getting and Evod style tank helped some, but I was still shy about it. Once I got comfortable with the ego, it got better. Still don't carry a big mod with something like a kayfun out in public.

I love to vape and hate to smoke but when I vape I get really bad anxiety. No matter what strength I use, no matter what pg\vg mix I use I get panic attacks throughout the day when I'm around other people. I get shaky and Get the feeling everyone's looking at me. Every time I tried vaping I would get these issues and go back to smoking and almost instantly it would go away. But whenever I use the nicotine patch the craving for cigarettes is no longer there but the patch would always give me a "hand" craving still. Like a need to put smoke to mouth. The physical addiction. But now I decided to get all my same flavours in 0mg and use the 1st step patch and I haven't had a smoke since. Whenever the hang craving comes in I use my vaper and the patch keeps the nicotine levels high enough I don't get the withdrawals from that. Seem to be all good now

maybe you're vaping at 50 watts and the lowest nicotine strength you tried was 6mg.

My poisons of choice are bourbon and grilled pork belly (also my wife, but it's a bit different story). I am trying to avoid other poisons to be able to enjoy my chosen ones for as long as possible.

Which is your choice and not a bad one if one wouldn't mind me saying. Mine is Guinness Stout and "HOPEFULLY VERY SOON" legal Cuban Cigars. I am thinking of "net'ing" some.
