Maybe I'm a nerd or something but even after searching the threads and everything, I had a ton of questions...

So.. I picked up this old-fashioned device I have (I'm kinda retro, ya know) called a phone and called them... Got an actual live person within a ring or two. Very helpful nice lady directed me through what I should (and shouldn't) buy....

This was on a Friday. By Tuesday was happy
