ya'll are having get togethers on the wrong side of town! LOL.

Keeping an eye on this thread in case anyone plans to meetup at Dixies vapor shop in Ksaw

Yes, but we have all of the stores :)

When I first started all the shops were in Claire's neck of the woods. All the new stores are popping up more east and south of that now. Since vaping is more "old hat" in that area meetups are more likely where people don't know other vapers. Just a guess.

And an FYI - The Loganville store is going to be called something like Ragin' Vapor. I happened to stop at the QT on 78 and remembered Big Screen D mentioned it was in the shopping center next to it. The parking lots are linked. The sign is up but I didn't get out to see how far they are on setting up the inside.

I will have to check that out Penn. Im not far from Loganville.

Me and my scooter drove out to Steam Cigs today. I was just going to stop by and say hello. Ended up stayong for about 2 and a half hours. Somebody came in with a new Original Kayfun lite and couldnt get it working right and was leaking alot. Chris (English Bob (my stupid nickname for him) to the rescue. He got it figured out and he had never seen a real kayfun lite. Then low and behold, another Kayfun user came dilly boppin in. That was nice watching a build on one.....and then he showed the owner of the Kayfun how to do it....and they re did it

The moral of this story is...... Steam Cigs is not only a really asthetically pleasing store, and the crew there is very nice.... but they are very knowledgable as well. I just have enjoyed my time spent there, and Im not one to go to brick and mortar stores since most all of my purchases have been onlinine. But from what Ive seen, Im going to help support them if they fill any need I have.

Haven't had a chance to stop in yet, but the Ragin Vapor store in Loganville has an open sign in the window. Ragin, as in Ragin Cajun...wonder if the owner hails form my neck of the woods.

Only thing is, I do not need anything:unsure: Heck I'll find something to buy. Just for a good cause if nothing else.

I think Ill swing by there today and just be nosey..... :vapor:

I'll be passing by there tomorrow but I might not have time to stop. If they are open today and TB reports there is something great about the place I may have to make time. Either way, if I'm not pressed for time I'll stop in.

Not old but seasoned :p

Dixie's is having a coil building class I plan to check out.

Re: store locations. With this type of product not all stores willing to lease out their space to merchants selling what many see as a controversial product.

About SteamCigs and the coil building session Thursday -
I stopped by SteamCigs today and had a grand time. They have a great shop and Chris was wonderful. Showed me in detail how to build a coil along with great tips on the wicking. I was so excited to find that wrapping coils is so easy with some up-close instruction and reassurance. Also, when I mentioned that I had never even held a mech, he showed me what he had and I got to play with them. Even got to take a couple of toots off his Nemesis. He said his instructions today did not excuse me from the session Thursday, however, so I should still plan to be there (and I'm looking forward to it). He also said 18 are now expected to attend (I'm # 19) - it's almost turning into a vape meet. Nice shop and great people... looking forward to Thursday.

I was joking about the RSVP.

I've been there a few times. If 20 people plus the store's staff are all in their own cars we will be using neighboring parking spaces, but you may have a point that not all those businesses will be operating at that hour.

I have a phoenix I may be willing to trade. That is a cheap RDA I got at Steam Cigs. Good practice for the skills people will be learning.

Now that I have 6+ months supply of DIY ejuice, I've got some premade juice (mostly MtBaker) that is well steeped but I don't really love. I don't want to toss it as the bottles are almost full. I will bring it to the get together @ SteamCigs if anyone wants it. Hawk Sauce 6mg nic, Root Beer 6mg nic, Razzleberry pie 12mg nic, Caramel Candy 6mg nic, Lemon Tea 12mg nic, CaveMan Swagger 18mg nic. Mostly 50/50 pg/vg.

And this is why I love local vaping communities.

Who wants a bunch of TPA coffee and candy flavors? They're a couple of years old, not sure if they're still good, but since I don't DIY they're just taking up space. I can bring them tomorrow (If I remember. No promises. LoL)

Yes, please (IF you remember). I have all kinds of flavors from Wizard Labs, and Perfumers Apprentice but I don't have any coffee flavor.
