I brew with my friend on and off, over the past couple of years we've done about 18 batches but only one of them was all grain. I was all excited for all grain but it took way, way longer than I thought (about 8 hours!) and I never wanted to do it again. I'll probably give it another go at some point with some kind of wind shield for my burner because I think it may have taken so long because we lost a lot of efficiency to wind but I guess we'll see. As for now, we bottled a cherry stout extract brew almost 2 weeks ago and should be bottling Bavarian Hefeweizen (Bavarian Hefeweizen made with Simcoe hops ...because I left the ones we were supposed to use at home...) this weekend or next week.
What I really want to do is try and make some cider (Cidre Brut) in the fall!

My Irish Red. I also have a Pale Ale, Bavarian Hefeweizen, Honey Porter and a Strawberry Blonde on tap.

Here are a few in progress pics of my Keezer. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1336863681.915844.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1336863693.930164.jpg
