This is my first bad review. I placed an order with Clean Safe Smoke on August 30, it is now October 26 and still nothing. My first email was politely responded to; they let me know that they had misplaced the order and would be taking care of it. Since then, I've gotten no other responses to any emails. I also left a couple of messages...and then couldn't get their phone to work at all. Went to the site and it states that they have been having "phone problems". I am very concerned at this point, and frustrated beyond words. I can forgive mistakes, and I can forgive a misplaced email here and there (after all, my business is online also, and I understand those things), but there is no excuse at this point for their lack of communication as to...at the very least keep me informed of my order. I always place smaller orders first to see how I like the Company, obviously they will not be getting any more of my orders.
