Any one else have a problem with Clean Safe Smoke?

This is my first bad review. I placed an order with Clean Safe Smoke on August 30, it is now October 26 and still nothing. My first email was politely responded to; they let me know that they had misplaced the order and would be taking care of it. Since then, I've gotten no other responses to any emails. I also left a couple of messages...and then couldn't get their phone to work at all. Went to the site and it states that they have been having "phone problems". I am very concerned at this point, and frustrated beyond words. I can forgive mistakes, and I can forgive a misplaced email here and there (after all, my business is online also, and I understand those things), but there is no excuse at this point for their lack of communication as to...at the very least keep me informed of my order. I always place smaller orders first to see how I like the Company, obviously they will not be getting any more of my orders. :(

I have over the past year ordered 8 50 piece cartons of catridges for friends and family from css and have not yet had a problem other than shipping from ems requiring me to pick it up at the post office each time. Average shipping time to ohio i would expect no more than 2 weeks. no less either, really.

Edit: it has been about four months since i last ordered from them, so its possible something broke.

OK, so today I get an email saying that my order is being processed...I would certainly hope so, I ordered on August 31! Yet, there is nothing saying it has shipped nor an apology or anything else. I will keep everyone posted. I have already moved on to a much better supplier for my mods and I am very, very pleased with them so far.

It is now November 2...and still no order, but now the home page on Clean Safe Smoke claimes to have had a total meltdown, to put it in layman's terms and they are now catching up on back orders that they are terribly behind on due to this "system failure". OMG, my order was placed August 31!!!! What kind of system failure does that?

November 8...finally got my order!!!!! That took over 2 months! No apology in the package, no apology emails, basically no customer service as to why an order could take so long. I think that is what bothers me more than anything else. I don't know if the merchant they were using shut them off or what happened, but I would have been much more understanding had they been totally up front with everything, and the very least communicated and/or responded to emails. We are all aware of the merchant issues, so I would have been understanding on that, but to put on their website, phone issues one month, then system issues another and so on, without direct customer service to those who had orders pending is bad business in my book. Until that is taken care of, I will never order from them again.

I ordered from them 10/14/10,they billed my card 10/15/10.Still nothing.4 e-mails sent to inquire about order status,they write back twice and say they'll look into it.....no further response from there.
I wrote them yesterday and said if they couldn't tell me if items had shipped,I would report to card issuer a fraudulent charge.
They replied my order had been declined.WELL,they didn't decline to bill my Visa !
So,at this point I had to report to card issuer as fraudulent charge today.It looks like Clean Safe Smoke may credit my card looking at the order history on their website,but I can't be certain.The people at the customer service from my card issuer said nothing about Clean Safe Smoke issuing a credit,but they are charging it back to the and removing it from my bill.They also tried to call the phone # CSS had give Visa and or course all they got was an recording.
So,I'm sure I will ultimately get my money back,but I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from Clean Safe Smoke unless you want to go thru all this !

^ UPDATE ON "CLEAN SAFE SMOKE" - To their credit,it appears they have issued a credit to my card.It's a shame it took 4 e-mails,the last threatening to turn the charge into the card issuer as fraudulent.I saw they posted on their website they were having issues with backlogs,but they need to be a bit more responsive to customers inquiring about month old orders that haven't shipped.
My recommendation would be shop ELSEWHERE, THERE A TOO MANY GOOD VENDORS OUT HERE TO DEAL WITH SERVICE THAT LOUSY !!!!!!!!
