Got away from computer gaming. Too expensive to keep up with the hardware upgrades, too many hackers and cheaters online. Much happier with my PS3 now. Miss the keyboard and mouse for FPS and RTS though.

i totally understand your pov, but i couldnt game without my mouse and keyboard anymore

Im a pretty serious gamer, for a very long time now. My current hobby is making PC games run on cellphones. Heres some of my videos that have been going around.

YouTube - Project 1999/EverQuest Running on a Moto DROID Pt 8, UI and playability!

YouTube - BorderLands running on a Moto DROID!

YouTube - EvE Online, played on a DROID phone 2

I picked up a PS2 on ebay and have bought a few dozen games for it. I have spent just a little north of $150 for everthing, and it all works beautifully. (I did the same thing for the N64 a while back)

I finished playing the whole Ratchet and Clank series, and I just started Jak and Daxter. I also have my sports games,, Madden 09, NHL 08, MLB The Show, NBA Live 08. I have fun with those, too.

I guess I don't mind being a generation behind, because these games are still fun, and it's so darned affordable.

My current life ruining addiction: BF:BC2 on PS3. It would be perfect except for a couple little glitches that have yet to be addressed; the shotgun sniping, and the allah ackbar c4 rushers. Gosh I hate that, such a cheap way to win rounds.

yeah i know what u mean man, some of that glitchy stuff made me stop playing it. I pretty much play any decent looking computer game now. I just ran through Mafia 2. Unbelievable, i would suggest it to anyone who is into that time period. Storys amazing, game dosent get to mundane with tasks.

Are you taking requests? If Lord of the Rings Online was playable on a smartphone or iPad, I think my wife might let me get one. :)

I pity anyone that doesn't play games! How can those people sit and watch TV every night?! Their poor brain cells:( Thank God I found MMO's back in 2004.

I've been playing LoTRO for 4 yrs now( Lord of the Rings Online). Looking forward to playing Guild Wars 2 later this year or beginning of next. My daughter in college will be playing with me so I'm really looking forward to it's beta and release. All her engineering friends will be playing it too so it should be fun times:) I can't wait to explore a new shiny world!
