Any problems with customs?

I ordered my starter kit and a few other things from ruyandirect on the 14th and received a ship confirmation on the 16th. I checked the tracking and it said that it was at customs. I was wondering if anyone has had problems with things getting stuck at customs when ordering from china? If you can't tell, I am very anxious to get my kit and want to start vaping. I guess I should have just spent a few extra bucks and I would have had it from an american company by now.

that is normal..........may take a couple days to release.

Unless you spent a few thousand dollars then it get's more difficult

I ordered 4 bottles of juice from Ruyan last Monday (13th) and received it today, so it was about 8 days. It was only held up in Chicago customs for a day.

I have had 6 shipments from Ruyandirect (heaven gifts) here to Oregon and it has never taken longer than 10 business days to get them, and I have never had one held (or opened) in Customs at all.
