I guess this was released just recently, so I don't know if anyone has gotten to play with one yet.
I'm trying to decide if I want one.

Kidney Puncher has them in stock - the only place I've seen them.
AGA-TD Dual Coil Rebuildable Atomizer - Kidney Puncher

They don't list any size specs.

I think it looks pretty good.
I probably would have bought it already if it wasn't for those dimples on the bottom.
Probably match up well with the Natural nicely.
(I don't have one, but if I bought this atty I might have to).

My only problem with it, that I can see (beside the dimples) is the deck has a lip with holes in front of the wick/coil.
Lips always make it a little harder of a work space.
The holes in the lip kind of defeats the purpose of catching over flow - it'll still leak.
And enlarging the holes means drilling through the cap and the deck lip.

I'd probably buy it if dual coils on a genesis is worth it.
I haven't done that as of yet.

I have one (from Kidney Puncher) and so far (only 12 hours) I like it. It is kinda tough to work in the small space and it doesn't hold as much juice as the other AG's I have but for me that's a plus, I can use it more as a stealth vape with a 18350 mech.

I will eventually drill out the air holes a little to increase air flow, the draw on it is a little more restrained than I like.
The build quality is good, everything fits nice and tight, nothing leaks so far and the finish is nice.
The wick holes are just barely big enough to fit 1/8" SS rope into. The top cap has a reduced chamber size and the air flow is adjustable (I can't imagine wanting a tighter draw but it that's what ya like, it'll do it)

Here's a few pics of mine...

The cap has 2 holes in it, one for each wick and they line up with 2 holes in the deck of the top section, to adjust the airflow you just turn the cap slightly so the holes don't line up with the deck holes as much, which makes the size of the holes smaller allowing less air in.

As for doing a single wick set-up, I suppose it would work if you plugged one of the wick holes but you would have to buy a plug or something for it (1/8" hole, no threads so you can't use a screw) and it does not come with anything that would be made for plugging a wick hole.

Thanks for the info.
Still trying to decide.

Pics aren't showing up for me.

Is it 22mm diameter?

Yes, 22mm diameter (well 22mm on the tank, 22.25 on the metal)

and for those interested..... the 'Fauxgotti' AGA replacement top caps they sell at Kidney Puncher do fit on this.... need to drill a second air hole for the second wick or just run one wick but, they do fit.... and look pretty damn nice

I'm calling this one my FauxCaraGottiVela...

Is there any way of offsetting the air holes from the coil like there is on the AGA T2? It doesn't look like there is.

Not that I can see..... I guess you could go through the trouble of having the holes welded closed and just drill new ones where you wanted them.

Hey guys, this stainless steel rope thing is new to me. I've been using the AGA T+ for months without issues. However the SS wick has me wondering. I noticed in the pics that there is ribbon wire and some black stuff around the wire, what is that?

Thanks

The Stainless steel rope has a stainless steel mesh wrapped around the tip of it between the ribbon wire and the rope wick.... it's helps keep the wire from shorting.

So, initially I thought this might be a little bit easier to setup. Well at least there's no rolling of the wick. I'm curious as to how the SS mesh is able to stick to the wick while your wrapping a coil around it. Seems like besides having to roll a wick, it has its own drawbacks as far as in the "pain in the ..." department.

The mesh stays put pretty well. You just use a small amount and wrap it around your rope. When you wrap it, just make sure it's tight and it'll stay put while your wrapping your wire to make the coil. Takes some practice but it's worth the effort.

Also, when I used the rope for a wick, I torched the mesh, wrapped it around the rope, and then rolled it in my fingers like you would when rolling a mesh wick. It stayed on without issue.

nice looking build.
how are you liking this thing at the one week mark?
also, are the air holes able to be closed, or only adjustable?
