Any thoughts on the AGA-TD

Just got my Aga TD and did a quick build using 0.20 mm Kanthal (32 gauge), wrapped 12 times on a syringe needle (micro coil) with organic cotton balls. Each coil is putting out close to 4 ohms so I'm getting about 2 ohms in dual coil mode.

Cotton clouds galore! The flavour this thing is putting out is intense. Have to say though that the build area is a tad tight with the raised 'lip'. It's easier to build on a T2.

Probably will try 8 - 10 wraps next time to bring down the ohms a little.

p.s. I lost one of the 3 negative grounding screws (Phillips)! Any idea what size are they? Gonna run to my hardware shop to pick some up.

How do you wick using organic cotton balls? I was told you have to use a wick into the tank, I don't see how you could do that with cotton? Wouldn't the cotton just get saturated and possibly break off in the tank? Please excuse my newbness

Cotton wicks liquid great. I have never had cotton break off inside my tanks. I use Sterile cotton balls that come rolled up. I unroll them, pull off a piece and roll into a wick. Never had a bad taste from this cotton. Only bad thing is that I find that I need to replace the wick after 3-4 tank fulls. Not too bad for a very cheap wicking material.

Rick is right. Use only 100% organic cotton. They are inexpensive and can be found in your local pharmacy. Avoid regular cotton though as they contain bleach and other chemicals.

What I do is I roll it up tightly with my fingers, damp it a little so it will roll up tight enough to fit my micro coil. Don't worry about the tight roll as the cotton will expand once it is fully wicked.

The only organic cotton I have found says it is bleached with hydrogen peroxide, is that OK?

Just thought of sharing my single microcoil build on the AGA TD. 28 gauge kanthal, 8 wraps on a syringe needle, 1.5 ohms.

I know this RBA is meant for dual coil builds but I just can't get the max out of it using my eVic, which caps the wattage at 11 watts and wont fire anything below 1 ohm.

So single microcoils for me till I get my Nemesis back. Can't wait to vape this bad boy with a dual microcoil setup on my mech.
