Any tips on the EGO with mega cartos?

On an RV trip up the Pacific Northwest to Canada with the hubs, and my Aunt and Uncle. She let me have one of her new Mega cartos and I fell in love and ordered a starter kit and had it sent to my Dads house in Oregon. It arrived yesterday and I have been blissfully vaping since then! I love that it is a bigger battery, but still charges on the slim charger. I love how the big carto holds sooooo much juice and lasts forever! I love that they hit like the tanks with less mess and leaks.

I am sure there are tips on these so thought I would throw this out there for the vape gurus out there! I am assuming I can wash them out and reuse like the regular cartos? Clean the batts just like the regular batts? Is there anything special I should be doing? Inquiring minds want to know...

Ms. JenJen with the egos don't suggest adjusting their post at all, after a few even slight ones they will become loose. Adjust the post on the cartos/tanks. The mega carts suffer from the same problem all dual coil cartos do, cleaning them is near impossible. Once the diaper around the coil clogs up, it's impossible to really clean.

Good to know! So just enjoy them while they are hitting hard and toss. You just saved me trying to clean them and wasting all the juice refilling only to find out it doesn't work! Thanks sir!

I may have found a way to successfully clean them. BUT.....I have one success and one fail so until a couple more tries I won't say I have a fool proof method but its promising. Will post back after a few more attempts.

JJ, welcome to the wonderful world of mega-carts. I too love them for the reasons you mentioned, but as Morandir said, not worth the effort to clean them. just use them for a LONGGGGGGGGGG time, and you'll know when it's time to toss em! Fill a new one and off to vaping heaven!

I'm new to mega-cartos too. I wondered about cleaning but don't think I will. I am using a syringe to fill but I think I should wait for the juice to soak between each ml because I am not able to get more than 3.5 mls in there. This is my inaugural Mega-carto, so I'm practicing for number two to be closer to vapefection! Love the mega!

Any filling tips? Other than patience?

I think patience is the best advice. I've tried dropping and counting, saturating it, syringes...and with all of them, just waiting for the juice to fill the carto, and waiting...patiently , is how I've gotten them to work without any issue.

Ms. ThankU4Vaping just use a .... plug on the bottom of the carto, hold it in while filling with the syringe, and you should be good to go.
