One thing that might deter people from buying a vapor though, is if they can't use a pass-through with it. Because many don't want to go back to batteries anymore once they experience using one of those.

So I think it could perhaps be a good idea to take a pass-through of your own into the package you are selling? I'm rather sure that wouldn't hurt your sales-figure :)

I just received my New Vapor 1000. After reading all the instructions and assembling all the components, I found out I received 2 bad batteries!! I was totally mad! So I immediately called over to their customer service to give them some serious harshness!! While I was still on the phone with them and still ranting about their shoddy product, both Debbie and Marian showed up on my doorstep with a BRAND NEW gold plated Vapor 1000! They entered the house bowing and scraping and apologizing. They plugged in my charger (the right way) and got everything going. Soon I was off to happy vaping land and doing pretty good! Considering the traumatic event I had just been through.

Next they took me out front to their limo and took me out to dinner! This was no average burger joint dinner mind you, this was at the finest surf and turf joint on the coast! (what a view!) On top of that, the restroom had one of those guys that hands you a towel! Such service!! And the Prime Rib was cooked to perfection! (But I was bummed that they didn't spring for the Filet Mignon. Besides, I don't like seafood either.)

After dinner they whisked me away to the local dance bar where we danced with the local Hollywood stars (vaping the whole time of course!). I was kinda upset that Pamela Anderson wasn't there. At about 2:30am they delivered me back home, apologized profusely for the bad batteries and went on their way.

As I watched them drive away, I couldn't help feeling a bit disappointed that there was no monetary compensation provided to me for those initially bad batteries and the stress they had caused me. I think they should consider changing their customer service policies on that! So in the end, I think they handled the whole issue pretty good. I'd give 'em 2.5 stars.

The End

In case you're wondering...YES this is all a JOKE and didn't really happen. I was merely being facetious. :p

And all joking aside; I have read all of the threads regarding Marian00's company and dealings. It sure appears to me that she is going FAR beyond anybody's expectations!! Kudos to her and her organization for the excellent customer service exhibited thus far!!

Vape On Reggae Woman!

(oh and Marian, you're one heckofa good dancer!) :D

I received my Vapor 1000 on Friday! I tried to post here on Friday night, but was getting some sort of message error on the board.

Anyway... I'm sure not much of an expert on giving a review... but just wanted to say that so far I am REALLY enjoying the Vapor 1000. I had previously only used a 901. Since I'd never tried a pen style, I can't say how the Vapor 1000 would compare to any other pen styles. The vaping is very different from what I'm used to with the 901, so I'm still trying to get used to the differences. The draw is very easy and nice. I also like that it's really quiet (no annoying air sound when puffing.) I do get a really nice throat hit most of the time, and I'm more than happy with the amount of vapor. So far both of my batteries seem to be working well (I've now charged both of them for their 1st two 5 hour charges.) I'm still trying to figure out the different cut-off blinks (the pen style is so long that it's hard to even see the LED light!) I think sometimes I puff too many times (even though they are small puffs) while trying to figure the best way to use it.. so I think any blinking going on is my own fault.. and not a problem with the batteries!

I will post again on how the vapin' is going... once I get to spend more time "breaking in" my new baby :D

Hi Cellmeiser :)
Thanks for the "pinky" tip for watching the LED... that helped! Okay... I spent some time on Sunday playing around to try & figure out more on how the Vapor 1000 is working. I did learn that the reason I was taking lots of very small puffs, was because the battery was cutting out at 5 seconds when I would do the "softer, slower and longer draw/drag" that is suggested on the "tips & tricks" I got with my kit. I think I was then making it cut off all the time, because I was taking too many "puffs" too soon. I read in your review (Cellmeiser) that there was a product manual included in your kit, but for some reason I didn't get a regular product manual, just the printed info tips & FAQ sheets that you also mentioned. I emailed Debbie to ask if she would send me one of the Vapor 1000 product manuals, maybe there is more information on the cut-off times etc. there?

This is what I figured out on Sunday. I consistantly have the battery cut off at 5 seconds if I'm just taking a very "light" puff trying to do a long, slow draw. If I put a LOT more draw into it (and it's hard to explain ) I want to say it's almost like sucking really hard on a straw with a thick milkshake, but that really isn't the way to say it... because it's not the same thing. The only way I can say it is... it's like I'm drawing really hard, and more directly into my lungs, rather than into my mouth, and then the battery WILL consistantly stay on for 10-11 seconds... AND then I do get a really nice "throat hit" and good vapor.

Maybe Rejoice can tell if this is what she is doing with hers? I did ask Debbie (when I emailed her about the product manual) if this sounds normal or not. It just doesn't seem like a battery "problem" really.. more just learning how to draw on it? I don't really "dislike" having to draw harder, but it does seem like it should stay on longer than 5 seconds with a light draw, especially when this is how they are saying to draw on it? I'll let you know what Debbie says, or maybe she will post here.

Maybe I need to go to e-smoking school

Hi Mixxy,

I got a similar problem as yours, but mine turned off (no flashing led) after 2-3 seconds no matter how hard I drew. Also, one of my atomizers needs a harder draw than the other one. That atomizer seems to have smaller holes, and can only use a cartridge with at least ¾ full.
I told Debbie all these problems last Friday. She said she will send me 2 new batteries and one new atomizer immediately (what a great customer services). I should receive them later today.

I think you got bad batteries, too. If I remember right, the cut-off time should be around 10 seconds.

chuckie When I Ordered a Vapor 1000 Few Weeks Ago Same thing, No Email / Invoice, (yes Checked Spam Folder) .If you made an account and you save the exact link, something like xxx@xxprostores.com or something you can access your order, thats what I did. But it only showed processing, with inv #, item, etc, u can screen print the page.

If not check your PP or CC account to see if it was charged for that amount.

I am sure they will email u sometime, there CS has been good so far that I can see.

Hope That helps.

Mixxy, No You Don't Need "e-smoking school"!

My Damn Vapor 1000 Batteries Cut Out In 2 Seconds! I wish I Had 5 Seconds!

There suppose to send me new batts due to they sent out some "duds" (their technical term used).

Still waiting for the replacement Vapor 1000 Batts, I might just send this whole Vapor 1000 back, how long am I suppose to wait?

I know there a new company & are trying hard, but damn, you do not send out products that don't work or are "duds" for Any Reason! No Excuse!

Especially How their marketing / advertising the Special High Quality & "generous warranty"!

Yea their CS seems OK from other posts, thats the only glue they have from what I see.

Just my 2 cents rather $99.00 LOL!

Just got mine in,really is a nice piece!!!!,had it shipped to my sons,he called me,said dad,u r really going to like this.So i went and picked it up,yes i do really like the 1000 alot!!Before i got there he tried it out, vapor was very good, tested both batteries,no issues there whatsoever and seemed to last a bit longer than 5 seconds, really i never did get the LED to flash at all.The one i got must me the newer ones,it is black with some really nice gold accent stripes on it and the words,"The Vapor".on both the battery and the atomizer.Marian is really trying to produce a first class e-cig from what i see right now.I wish i could really test it more but i am out of juice till my puresmoker order gets here,i gave the juice that came with the 1000 to my son to use till the order gets here.

One of the very first things i looked at was the atomizer, the element in it looks to be between 1/8 to 3/16ths of an inch wide and looks to be very well made,as good as any atomizer i have seen so far if not better. The draw on this thing is something else, you dont hit it hard, lightly and it will give you plenty of vapor, now this is coming right out of the box adding a few drops of juice and a cartridge.I cant wait to see what it hits like after it is broken in a couple of days, should really cook then,:)
