sum marinated carne sounds good, looks like you can grill for us Justin.

BTW Justin, i wanted to know if ya have a good link for some tenergy 3volt batteries and a charger? now i wanna try all my juice at 6v.

I suggest going with the AW vs the tenergy because they are better and give you constant 3volt and no voltage sag ... The tenergy are great but they're inconsistent in my experience and they arent 3volts they're like 3.7 to 4.2 right off the charger for a few minutes, and because of that they give you burnt taste for that time being... And possibly pop your atty

for the cheapest place I know of on battery pricing is Ikenvape especially when you order the AW 16340 lifepo4 + the charger they're only 6.64 each battery and you add the ecf5 for the coupon code ... they end up being like $6.30 a pop... hope this helps

the best place I know of that has AW 18650 flat tops are Fenix Flashlights, Cree LED, Lithium Batteries, Lithium Ion Batteries, Li-Ion Chargers, Leatherman Multitools, Spyderco Knives and more! and the coupon code for them is cpf (2% off) but you dont get charged state tax like on All-Battery.com - Rechargeable batteries & Chargers on the other hand is free shipping if you use tenergydeals coupon code but you get taxed there... Your chiice but lighthound.com is the website that has AW Batteries and all-battery.com has tenergy

Ditto the thanks for the battery info Rippspeed. I'll need it when I pick up the GGTB or Omega or V3.

I'll chip in for reserving a place and bring some bbq... I know of a place to get some good carne asada... The MR2 Club guys use to call me the BBQ King 120lbs in 8hrs for 72 members...

Sounds good. I have a gas grill I could bring.

I been thinking and I really want to help fighting the band... sooo heres my suggestion on next meet...

I'll raffle off 2 of my GG's ...
-one #806 with the adjustable draw cap, all aluminum ( I have to clean it up before raffling it off )
-one Golden GG aka Gold Drop ( a pre-production of the GGTB)

And all proceeds would go to donating to the fight ... I hope Janet will handle the raffle and we have to talk about how much each ticket will be ... we'll discuss how to pick the number ... ( I think everyone buy a ticket and write down a number and we'll go to random.org and the winner will get the picked by random.org ) what do you guys think ???

That is just so generous of you Rippspead! Does everyone think we should do this at the next meet or do you want to do it online? Do you want the National club to do it or should be just keep it to us SoCalies?

I think the park idea is great for the next meet. Of course I LOVE eJoker's suggestion of Craig Park, because I actually live on the park! Seriously, my deck overlooks it. I can assure you that it's quite safe and I'll be happy to pay for the reservation. But if someone has a better place, that's cool too! The important thing is that we get together in a fun place. As you know, my husband and I are no strangers to good food, and BBQ is my favorite!

wow i'm so happy i started posting here on the ECF and found you guys. thats a great idea jason, your so generous. doesnt matter to me, since seeing your GGTS i've been fixated with looking all over the net about them lol. on the other hand i'm quite satisfied with the results i got when i tried your batterys and tried 6volts on my omega. ya either way is fine with me, random.org sounds good. any price for the raffle tickets is worth it, its going to support our IVAQS research anyhow and i want to do my part. (plus i'd love to have that GG!)

You're the man Justin! That is most generous!

As much fun as it would be to keep it just between us, we can probably raise the most money if we let the NVC in on it. After all, the prize only benefits one, but the proceeds from the raffle can potentially benefit generations.

It's also so cool to see that we are becoming friends. That was my ultimate goal when I Started this group way back when. Thanks again to Chris for taking the reigns on this first meet!

Also, thanks for making it so far south. If it was any further, I just wouldn't have been able to afford the trip.

I havnt looked at the place suggested for the next spot. But I'll definitely make the trip. Wouldn't miss it after last time!

Do we really wanna barbecue outdoors in the winter time though? Might it be better to find somewhere indoors?

Yo Salt. I am in Vista so if the next meet is too far north give me a shout. I am all about going green. You make it to Vista I can handle the rest of the way. heck I am going that way already right? Save the emissions from multiple vehicles. No I don't need gas money. Just helpin a brother get his vape on with friends.
