I cleaned and sanded everything, put it all back together, installed the fuse kit, and got the same result. I'd say 40% less vapor than with the original spring. I don't know what else to do. Everything is brand new and clean, except for the fuse springs as they are a dark color (almost black) until I sanded them to a shiny metal color. The inside of the spring is still black because I can't get anything inside of the spring to sand it. Of course, they look black in the installation video that Rob has on YouTube, so I assume that's how they are supposed to look.

Maybe change out your Atty and try another one tenfour, could just be your Atty??
Also make sure Batts are fully charged tenfour, it's usually one of those two things in my experiance rather than Imeo's unit

I have swapped atomizers and batteries, with no change in result. I tested the difference in vapor by installing the fuse, vaping a few times, then changing back to the original spring and vaping again. With the original spring installed, everything is perfect. With the fuse installed, I get diminished vapor. It doesn't make any sense to me as everything looks perfect just like the rest of my #348. :)

I am sure that you use exactly the same configuration with batteries , atties , liquid etc and you just put on and put off the fuse 10-4? Ok, unscrew the plastic thing that fuse has and take it out with the spring. Let only the brass axis on GG and smoke it without putting there the original spring. How is it now?

Do you mean take the original spring (the one that comes with the GGTS) out of brass axis that screws into the bottom cap?

I think my problem lies with the fuse spring. I took the fuse spring out and then flipped it and put everything back together, and it worked much better. Not quite as good as with the original GGTS spring setup, but better. I then flipped the fuse spring back around, reinstalled the fuse, and the problem persists. For some reason I'm not getting a good connection with my fuse spring.. I'll do some more sanding. I also should have switched to a 0nic liquid as all this vapor testing has my head spinning! :D

I'm still working on it. I know one thing, though. When I get through figuring this out (and I will figure it out!!) I'll be the GGTS fuse master! :):)

I like people like you 14, you never give up!!!!! You will be the GG fuse master for sure. I want to see your results. Its like a game, isnt it?:thumb:
