Not sure when it comes out but I am excited. On joyetech is says it will auto/manual model, wonder if that is just models or it will let you switch between manual and auto on your device. How cool would that be. May just be models and I am dumb, lol, but would be cool I think. Also says atomizer resistance memory. I am guessing stick an atomizer on, it reads the resistance and changes to the volts/watts that you like for you? Awesome. Though may still need to change it for certain juices. VV/VW editable timeline pulsation. From what I have read online this will be where you can set it to start out at a certain volts/watts to start vaping and then have it set to change mid vape. Not sure how I can use that but sounds awesome. Plus maybe they get rid of the puff counter, which doesn't work on mine downloading and tracking anyway and use that part of that screen for something more useful. Just very excited and so far very glad with my purchase. :)

Has this happened to anybody? When my evic sleeps and I turn it back on it sometimes caps me at 10watts and sometimes goes up to 11watts. Its the same atty hh357 but it changes whenever I wake it up

The evic can be sensitive to how tight or loose youre screwing your atomizer. When I screw mine down to tight the ohms jumps really high and that effects the watts it will let you go to.

I had just skimmed the video earlier and it's in another language obviously but after watching unless I am mistaken it did appear they made it so you can switch to auto or manual battery(though the guy didn't show it vaping). I like that, a little way to change you vaping when you want. It also appeared you can change the time on the manual cut off but only shorter and up to 9.9 seconds. Also they changed it so you can put the sleep timer and screen timer to never turn off. Seems like they are listening to what is being said. Very cool. Again excited for this to be released.

Is it even possible to make this an auto device

It might not be. Maybe I let my excitement get to me and i am just guessing from the video and what it says on joyetechs site. I have watched that part a couple times. He changes what appears to be the cutoff time on auto. Too bad it's not in English lol.

It looks like the auto has to do with the button itself and not an actual auto switch. Like you set it for 4.6 seconds and throws out a 4.6 second vape when automatically when you fire it. Or maybe an auto cutoff. Best I could tell from the video but it's just a wild guess.

I do like being able to put watts/volts/ohms on the home screen, adjust either volts or watts and the other number adjusts accordingly. Gives people access quickly to a lot of info about what they are vaping and what they like. The no sleep feature should make a lot of people happy.

Lastly, I appreciate the effort to improve the device. They haven't fixed every complaint people have had, some are hardware based too, but you'd be hard pressed to find another product that has been improved so easily. I am guessing this won't be the last device with upgradeable firmware.

Haha still no English. Cool that after you hit exit in one menu it is on exit on the previous menu until you get to the home screen. And he says they were told joyetech is working on a long click to take hou straight to the home screen. I did read somewhere about the train changing the watts or volts mid vape. I still don't understand what the auto does from there lol. Another 2 weeks or so and hopefully we find out. Read a blog that said it should be by end of January.

I don't understand why they don't just call it firmware update 1.2?

I'm sure there will be other updates after this. But then again maybe this update is their major stepping stone and then later on you can choose which update is fit to best suit you.

And for speculation...vapors will choose what firmware they like best...2.0, 3.0. And we will voice what the best firmware is through the forums. And then Joyetech will (try) improve on what ppl like. Such as 2.1 or 3.1
