The customer service is REALLY good. I ordered over the holidays (L2 510 kit in green and some samplers) while there was a lot of chaos and they returned every email I sent. I have a few of their sampler flavors. I do NOT like the marlboro. I'm okay with the english toffee. Kona coffee ais to "dusty" tasting to me as is Cappichino swirl. Cinnamon bun is sorta okay. Now mind you I just quit analogs a few days ago so my taste buds are still recovering. I'll be ordering from them again, simply based on customer service and their good prices.

Had pretty good luck with them till now, ordered some parts over the hollidays and haven't recieved them yet. Sent a couple of emails but they haven't been answered,...YET. I immagine that they are up to their necks in chaos. I only emailed cuz I lost my ecig, and it had my last good atty on it so I'm trying to limp along on a not quite dead atty and one thats had the bridge removed for dripping.

The L2 kit that I ordered for my dads christmas had the loose cartrige issue, but not bad enough for it to be a problem. Otherwise it was a very good kit at a good price. (got him the metalic blue one.)

I ordered on Wednesday 30 December, 2009 and other than the "Payment for your order #1014 has been received" I haven't even got an email, even after sending two msgs.

The kit I ordered just before Christmas showed up a few days after christmas, which was expected due to its late order date.

Emails were answered quickly for that order, but not at all on my latest order.

Must have taken some time off for the hollidays, unfortunately they didn't let us know about it LOL.

My first order (ordered arround dec 20 and arrived just after christmas) went through smoothe as silk. Got the L2 kit for my dad in metalic blue. Carts were a little loose, but not bad enough for me to worry about it. I had ordered extra cart in black and they sent white. When I emailed them about it they told me that they should have been black, appologized and gave me a coupon for my next order.

So I decided to order some parts from them as I am on my last fully functional atty. I ordered on Dec 30 and immediately got the "approved transaction" email quickly followed by the "payment recieved". Thats where everything jammed up.

I sent two emails asking for a package status with no responce, then I posted on the forums about it and sent a third email.

This is my third email:

"Payment for your order #XXXX has been received. However I've got no package and no communication.

I've sent two emails, (now three) and had no responce. I'm starting to loose confidence in your business.

So what is the status of my order? What is the estimated delivery date?

I'm surviving on a half dead atomizer, trying to limp along till my package
arrives. I REALY don't wanna buy a pack of analogs."

This is the responce I recieved:

"Hey Chris,

For some reason, your e-mails were going into our spam box.

I am sorry for this. There are only three of us that run this business, with one employee leaving because of the workload and no pay. We have only been here for a little over a month, and we process from 70-120 orders a day (we didn't have a Christmas, or a New Years for we worked and worked and worked); in addition to addressing customer comments, inquiries, and concerns. We all have full time jobs and do this part time, and are in a transition to making it full time. We are trying our hardest, night after night, day after day, to fulfill customer needs and wants, however, we realize that this is impossible. Other vendors that have much faster and flawless shipping and processing time either have more employees, or, do not receive as many customers. And, if they can fulfill the lack of service we have, we don't want any customers to have to suffer our imperfections. Why? Because, quitting tobacco use shouldn't depend on slow service, which we ultimately believe.

Currently, the owner is hiring more employees, so as to fulfill the workload, and is contemplating on closing the site down for about a month or so. However, I recommend he leave it open. Furthermore, we are having issues with our manufacturer, and the horrible position they put us in with some battery and atomizer defects. We will be getting our Joye parts on Friday. There are a number of "behind the scenes" issues that customers do not understand, i.e. Shipping prices going up, packaging, processing, competitors trashing us on forums and pretending to be someone else, and the business matrix itself.

Overall, I can't hold you back from going somewhere else, and we encourage you to always seek out the best vendor. I hope you understand, and I believe cignot.com and totallywicked.com can fulfill these needs. I say thank you for your support and everything that you have done to defend us. Rest assured, we are working very hard to prevent and mend many issues, and soon, we'll have this business running perfectly."

As you can clearly see, they pretty much told me that if I don't like it to order from someone else, and still gave me no status for my package.

I've demanded a refund, but have recieved no confirmation one way or the other.

Deffiniately on my "Do not do business with list".

@KarrMcDebt: I recieved that same bulk email... they are lying to cover their asses. I ordered on the 29th of december with priority shipping was told it got shipped on the 4th of Jan, and here it is the 10th of Jan with no e-cig. Now priority shipping is supposed to be 1-3 days, not 6 and on top of that i live only 6 hours away from where the ship out of.

I will never be doing business with this vendor again! PLEASE STEER CLEAR!

Well I placed a juice order. Nothing big or complicated. It's been a week and after sending emails, they notified USPS today to come pick it up.

Yes, the shipping time is WICKED long. (Yup, I'm from Boston)

I noticed that their website says processing an order can take up to 7 days. Wha??? I GUESS it's my fault for not reading that, and just assuming that they would take as long a a single woman in Maine that does all her own business would take...if not faster.

I agree that the holidays can cause trouble. And that a new company and new surge in business can cause problems too. BUT its in those times you find out if you are going to last or not. Right now, not so much.

On top of all of this, all these companies customer base is a bunch of addicts. Don't make us angry. You wouldn't like us when we're angry.

Sigh. Grrr. Pace pace pace pace pace in circle circle circle...........

Okay, just as I typed this I got an email from SEJ saying that they are having trouble over there. Lack of employees and such. So they are back logged. Still, like I said, they got to get on the ball. If you know you are going to have trouble, perhaps stop taking orders? Perhaps make the 7 days of processing a much more noticeable warning?

(And that they can't cancel my order or change the shipping to something faster)

The short version of what I am saying: customer service and satisfaction!

It's quite possible that these people are the bomb at this. The Best Ever! BUT in the past weeks/months have had some tough luck. Well in those weeks months they are loosing customers. I certainly won't be ordering from them anytime soon, and I doubt anyone having my experience will either.

And do whatever it takes! If it means a loss of income on your part - DO IT!

Because posts like these are business killers. ESPECIALLY in this forum.

I live out in maine and they are in Cali i think? I orderd there 10 pack on 1-17-10 its now 1-22-10.
i think its 15 or 18ML bottles. I got the order just fine. when i emailed them to ask a few Nub questions they responded within a day. I would not think twice about ordering from them agian.
I got what i orderd and got it all a little faster than i thought..
I took a sniff of all the bottles to see if i could find any that were funky. they all smell just fine.
I havnt vaped all the flavors yet just the red bull and the watermelon both are good.. the red bull is just as good as TWickeds redbull. they dont taste exactly the same but they are just as good.
I did manage to get a funky taste when i vaped the watermelon the second time.. It DOESNT go very well in a cart that had Marlboro flavor in it. but wouldnt you know it marb tast like ... too when you put it in a watermelon cart ;-)

Im happy with Strictlyejuice, and in about a year when i get done sucking up this what seems like half gallon of juice. i'll order from them agian
