2. I have not lost a screw yet, but all you should need to do is place one end into the hole with tweezers, then screw it in with the supplied allen wrench.
I only think about the screw when someone here mentions it. I took that puppy out of my Kabuki on day one & never looked back.

Did ya ever have one of those days?

Went to bed at 4:30AM... at 7:55 a contractor rings my bell to do some work that they were supposed to call first before showing up... it's OK, I want the work done... Let's get rolling...

8:56AM... the phone rings... it's Al, my head machinist ... there's a bit of an issue at the shop. He says I better come down there right away...

Nothing could prepare me for what I was about to see.

When I arrived, much of the ceiling of the ZFO (our showroom) was on the floor... soaked in water.

It was quite literally raining inside the building... water was pouring down everywhere I looked except for the assembly area...

The office... drenched

My beautiful showroom... destroyed

The plating room... flooded

The machine shop... not so bad... but there's a flooded power panel that's making threatening smells.

The stock room... Oh My God... this can't be happening! Flooded.

Some time in the middle of the night, the Urgent Care facility that is located above the ZFO had a pipe burst... they had minimal damage... Thousands of gallons of water found it's way below, right through my business.

I didn't want MY staff to deal with this mess... the landlord was called, and I called in a team of professionals to start with the cleanup. It's going to take days to even assay the damage.
So far, both electrical panels will need complete restoration... new ceiling is a must, still sorting out the floor, and we have the daunting task of sorting through the products that have been hit by the water.

This will be a monumental task, but we need another day of running emergency dehumidifiers and fans (about 50 of them) before I can call the staff back to work. They are enjoying a couple days off with pay, this shouldn't ruin their incomes, I have to provide for them.

So... needless to say... our response times will be somewhat protracted, phone calls will resume when the phone is found... Hopefully working. The Square shop is still running, if anybody needs anything the next date we will ship is on Thursday January 7 or possibly the 8th, so that's not so bad.

It's gonna be a fun week or two!

Mike, I'm so sorry to hear this. It makes me a little sick just thinking about it. Thank God it didn't get to your fine machinery! Just thinking of that Haus under water gives me the shivers!

A few years ago we experienced a flood at our old address. It was the Week we were suppose to b4e at the Blade Show in Atlanta. We couldn't go, as the water was getting closer and closer to our Home and Shop.
We had worked the entire year for the show, and it was a huge setback for us. But Thank God it didn't' get the House or shop!

Our Thoughts and prayers go out to you.

I wish for a speedy recovery for your facility and your production!

About the 316 ss in the body of the Provari's. I ask a year or so ago if it was, and it was confirmed by the CS staff there. Sounds like CS didn't know what they were talking about.
For Me, and still reasonable, I would think 417L from Crucible would be a real winner.

For my personal use, ATS-34 or SV 30 fully heat treated, and triple tempered to RC 61-62 would be fantastic. But so would the Price!

Received my clone spare glass, reporting back how it fits the original Kabuki for those that are accident prone :):

They do fit, although they are more loose than the original glass...the top o-ring just keeps it in place, but it is only sturdy in place after threading the base back in ....so when filling the Kabuki be very carefull or it could possibly leak from the top end (have not tried to fill it myself) or the glass can come off. So you have to be carefull with that.
Also quality wise it's a bit cheaper/flimsier......so is it worth it: in my opion only if you break alot of them.....than it could be handy to have a stash of the cheap glasses around.

It has arrived. I see now they have a little pin on the bottom of the plastic atty holder instead of glue. I also like the white O rings.

Hi Drugarth :)

Thanks for the feedback !

I ordered them as soon as i saw them... :)

6 odd $$ for a 5 pack ...cant beat that ;)!!!?

A large-ish tight vape band will help hold it together ok while filling= I have that prob with one of my REAL SS tanks that doesnt completely connect 100% at the top end.The vape band does the trick ;)

I also ordered several colored pyrex tanks from that US shop that makes colored-glass/pyrex tanks.

Zen says he expects to have some more Kabuki d'élégance in a week or so so when I order that Ill add in a few poly tanks (havent been able to find them anywhere in Europe).

I also have managed to get three SS tanks here & there, some from CDV some from that German store!

With all that my cat can just go ahead and BREAK a tank a day...no prob anymore ;) !!!

PS :
By the way I dont recommend the German place -esmokerhaus- at all , took them ages to send me two replacement tanks to France.I get lots of mail from Germany, usually arrives in 2 days! CDV stuff arrives anywhere from 2 to max 6 days from the UK.
These German guys made me wait 3 weeks for my IN STOCK stuff, plus I couldnt even login to their website to find out anything, they would say that my login/email /account didnt exist !I was so p-offed with that that I was on the verge of opening a dispute with Paypal about them when TG the package finally showed up today!

Looks nice but...Im kinda disappointed = doesnt look quite the same as my P3 GMZ...?

The color seems a bit different (or is it just the pic, the light ?)

Ive been wanting the GMZK Kabuki for ages, thinking it would look great on my GMZK P3, even planned on getting the HoH GM tower drip tip to go with it...Thought id be all outfitted out like that ;) !

But now Im kinda wondering, maybe it wouldnt work out so great after all ?

Anybody have all 3 ? What do u think ?

This picture shows GMZ Kabuki and GMZ tank on a GMZ mini. I've seen a few others showing the GMZ Kabuki and a GMZ ProVi -- and they look great to me. I kinda like that the Kabuki appears to be a bit more grey and is not as glossy as the mod.

If we're talking about the airflow screw then yes, it wicks.

Same here. First thing on all my mine, out of the tube and air screw goes in da garbage for the win.

Currently using a Triton Mini 1.8Ω Clapton coil in a Nautilus Mini. Its only the second so results are early but this is so far the finest vape I have ever had off any tank of this class. I'm really impressed.

Just ordered my Kabuki! Excited to have an american made tank for my provari :)
You will love it. It blows the nautilus out of the water in flavor. And no messing with the air flow control all the time.

Sorry your having so much trouble Mike and I don't want to seem like I'm making light of your situation, but I had to highlight this bit right here.

You are a rare breed among business owners and I applaud your devotion to your staff!!!

A few years back a service company I worked for had the shop broken into and ransacked. The trucks that weren't stolen were torched or tires slashed, etc. they were shut down for 3 months while they dealt with it and us staff got laid off so they didn't have to pay us. I had only been there barely a month after being out of work for almost two years and pretty much broke.

If it wasn't for a few of the customers I contacted personally to let them know what happened and why I wasn't making the appointments (the company didn't bother unless they called themselves) asking me to do the work anyway as side work, I wouldn't have made it. I found out later their insurance paid to help cover losses including covering payroll during recovery but the staff never saw any of that. Needless to say that company is no longer around.

Your staff us very lucky to have such a dedicated/loyal employer. I wish more companies treated their employees like people instead of a resource to be exploited.

So excited! If I normally vaped at 12 nic on my Halo Triton pen, should I lower my nic slightly for the higher power of my Provari? I am currently using Nautilus tanks at 6 nic and occasionally 3, but I find that I am taking a lot more drags off of my mod. I wonder if it is because I am not satisfied with the lower nic levels...

Your right about your nic level. I'd keep the 6mg but also have some 12 mg as well. Just like when ya smoked, there will be days when you need more and days when you need less. You can also mix them in equal amounts to get around a 9mg nic level. It all depends on what is satisfying to you.

That's the one thing I'd like to see stop both on here and in B&M's is the push to go lower nic levels asap. I have to agree with something Zen said once, too many people recommend things that ultimately under nic. The belief that massive clouds from sub ohm /low nic set ups is just as good as high ohm high nic is plain wrong for most people. The closer the feel of the hit is to a cig , the more successful the transition and for a lot that means 12 to as much as 32mg nic on a moderate(1.6-2.5ohm) set up.

I see it all the time hanging out at my local shop. Smokers come in with sub tanks running high watts and low nic wondering why it isn't working to stop cravings. I set em up with something closer to what they smoked out of my gear to try and ultimately that sub ohm set up ends up gettting put away ,or relegated to the cloud fun gear stash.
