I say well done, @tearose50.
No ideas on that one here, just hoping I don't run into this with my stash of coils...Best of luck sorting this out sent to Knife though. Please try cleaning your threads in the Chimney Mr. Knife. I think some use some sort of tiny gun cleaning brush. Just washing isn't good enough. I had some ornery coils that somehow worked perfectly and easily after I cleaned both the coil and chimney threads well, with luck. cloth and a q-tip -- I didn't have a gun brush.
Also, there was quite a bit of chat much earlier in the thread about the threads of the coils and how screwing them on and off a nauti could smooth out a rough spot and make the soft metal of the coil work more smoothly with the steel of the Kabuki.
Sorry, my technical vernacular sucks --- calling on @ENAUD to help!
Thanks TearR. and Enaud. I've already chased the threads on the offending coils, and cleaned the threads in the device. Seems to be a slight difference in the pitch of the threads. My guess is that the coils, being brass based, are first threaded, and then plated. Unless plating is extremely light and precise, it can really screw up the threads dimensions. Please try cleaning your threads in the Chimney Mr. Knife. Nap and cookie time is coming up. We'll be better behaved once we have high doses of sugar coursing through our veins and are well rested. LOL

So now I order by the case just to get them. I can live Forever on Chicken! Fried Chicken, Baked Chicken, Roasted Chicken, But my all time favorite is Chicken and Dumplings. trouble is, no one sells Chicken Backs that aren't striped any more. Grrrrrr!!!
But I can make some dayum fine Dumplings with Chicken Necks. Took me forever to get the local grocer to order them. They flew off the shelf before I could even get there. So now I order by the case just to get them.
Now I'm hungry. Think I'll fry up a batch of Necks and wings tomorrow.
Stay warm!!!

This rii here is funny cause last night I had a king size 3 musketeer & a 20 oz bottle of Mountain Dew for dinner. I must've cleaned everything in my entire house. Talk about a sugar rush!!!! [emoji12]
I must've still been speeding this morning cause I went out to do my snow blizzard shopping & came home with new living room furniture. [emoji1]
Currentlly it's 1:30 am & I'm ready to shop some more. My bank acct is appreciating I may be snowed in.

I like chicken .... a lot; but not enough to eat it everyday. My moms' Alzheimer's is such that she can no longer do anything for herself & since I've been her permanent chef, maid, housekeeper, & sitter since '07 I've found chicken being one of the things she can eat that won't make her cholesterol, blood pressure & sugar go thru the roof.I can live Forever on Chicken! So uhhh .... speaking of chicken flavored, I recently bought some McDonald's flavored juice - it's supposed to taste like a McGriddle. [emoji12]Sounds like someone needs some chicken-flavored nic juice! Take a draw...buck buck....draaaaaaaw....buck buck..

Do you have a Nautilus tank? I just remember reading way back, someone using a Nautilus to screw the coils into to re-cut the coil threads? Thanks TearR. and Enaud.
