The TiBuki has landed!

It's packaged in a box much like those the ZNAs come in. The extra o-rings and allen wrench are below the bottom foam.

I'll post some pictures with second thoughts. Though the Ti tank looks almost dove grey, in real life it is very, very close to the color of the mod. I tried with and without flash and never got a good color match.

Same goes for the tip. It is almost exactly the color of the tank.

Other thoughts: The tank came apart really easily with no tool needed. The coil is a 1.6 ohm. Looking down into the tips, the inside diameter of the new one is smaller than the previous standard. The new tip has a much thicker wall.

Does it vape any better? Nope. But it is very cool for its featherweight quality and great titanium looks.

I couldn't help but throw in a partial family photo. I really, really, really am done for a while.

Sweet. Mine is waiting on me when I get home. I already have a couple of the Kocho drip tips, and while I prefer their look, I prefer the wider bore of the standard friction tip. I wonder, is the one that comes with the Ti Kabuki the thin or thick Kocho? I believe the thick one has a stainless lining all the way to the top of the tip. I have the thin ones, which do not.

This is the first time I've seen the Kocho in person so I have no reference. But looking inside the tip, there is no stainless visible.

Thank you for the pics and the description, and congrats, GG! I think you are the first to post one.

Happy TiBuki Vapes!

Kabuki family photo, including the new Ti...

You did a much better job capturing the color of the Ti. It seems anytime I pick up a camera bad things will happen. Nice shot and nice family!

I really like the looks of the Kocho tip but am still making up my mind how it compares to the old reliable.

Your picture reminded me that I really admire the look of the GMZ with white o-rings. I'll bet they also look good on the Ti. I wouldn't mind checking out the clear ones either but after breaking a tank this week while trying to change rings I'm a bit leery right now.

Well, if you decide to pick up the clear silicone orings from Zen, you won't have to worry about breaking tanks changing rings any more. These things are pretty loose. Not leaking-loose but glass-slides-right-off loose.

Btw, I like the clear orings but don't like the $3 tag for one set of OMG rings. Finding clear silicone orings in the right size was more of a chore that I imaged it would be. I think I found them in bulk (100) but they are coming via China (not FT) so I will have to wait a bit to see if the size is just right.

Pull up the bottom foam in the box your TiBuki came in. There was a set of clear o-rings there in the one I got.

Thanks! I had not even looked at the spares bundle yet. I have a few of the clear silicone I ordered from HoH before I got the Ti... apparently, now I have another set :)

I just read this and thought viewers might find it comforting, especially if it's true. ;)

"To date Aspire has NEVER retired a coil. They may make improvements along the way, but there will always be a nautilus coil available."
That is GREAT news!

This is the best news I have heard today. Thanks so much for sharing.
