 I could be mistaken but I thought Phiniac was selling glass long before Zen.

I'm sure you are right about the time they have sold glass, I mean if you were not, why post it right? The Kabuki custom tanks from Phiniac; however, are crafted from HoH quartz supplied directly to them. Woke up feeling a lil contrary did we? Ah well, hope you feel better. :)

I've absolutely no idea what you're talking about. I clearly said "I thought"..... That doesn't make me right or wrong. You seem to want to take things I post & turn it into something it's not. Contrary? Feel better? Why don't you just do yourself a favor & ignore my post- maybe that'll make you feel better!

Jim-, I questioned your post, yes. It seemed to me a bit odd that you came on so strong like that. ScandaLeX only mentioned that Phiniac was selling glass prior to the glass for Kabukes. No bigs, right? Your post read like you were really p'd at it, and I don't understand why.

Just an update on the VVTF rba. I got around to putting a build in mine this morning. I've been suffering from a pretty bad sinus infection this week so I haven't even wanted to look at it! LOL! I built a 1.2 ohm coil (6 wrap 28g on a 2.5mm screwdriver).
(Sorry I didn't take any pics but I couldn't get it to focus properly)

I decided I would make it a horizontal coil build. I tried to put it in like the video demonstrated, but after MANY failed attempts to get it seated I decided to go another route. If anyone's ever built a Nuppin the coil is about the same. The leads are bent at a right angle to each other. Like this (not my pic, I got it from Google).

I found it easier to cut the lead that's going in the top hole pretty short, then insert the lead that goes in the bottom hole FIRST. if the top lead is still to long to slide into the top hole, take it out and snip a smidgen off and try again. After I got the lead length down it all went together and tightened up nicely. I wish that the screws weren't flat head though. They're so tiny that they are a pain to tighten down. It wicked nicely! I cut off just enough wick to fill the side wick slots. Granted I haven't put it to use yet because I'm waiting for the coil that's in my Kabuki now to give up the ghost before I change it but when I get home I'll try to snap a couple of pics of it and update this post!

So far so good!

I got to meet Zen today at a Toronto Vape meet. Great guy and looking forward to putting my new blue glass tank on one of my Kabukis.

Free purple OMGs too!

My first vape show. Craziness. I got into the trade session with a couple of friends in the business. They set me up with a bunch of free juices. Let's just say I have more juice than I know what to do with. ;)

I Have a question and maybe I don't know what I am doing with these, Because my wife and I have been using Igo's for last 3 years but with the summer here and taking kids places I thought might be nice to have a tank so I bought 2 kabuki's

I watched the video and set up the first one with nicoticket frenilla, and I make sure I put 3 drop direct on the coil, However all I am getting is a burnt rubber taste. Did I burn the coil or what did I do wrong?

Unfortunately provape was out of replacement coils so I guess the first one is not going with us tomorrow but I would like to get the second one going for my wife at least

I'll add that using 3 drops to prime doesn't sound like enuf. I usually just squeeze several drop in til it starts pooling on the bottom of the pin. You can also prime the wick intake holes. Then perhaps, let it sit for awhile, and as suggested by Turf, check your power level. Start low, move up slowly.

Hope you getting it working!

I need some kabuki help please, I bought the titanium kabuki and was super excited when it arrived today. I have tried several juices, power levels, cleaned the tank and everything tastes horrible. I can't even describe the badness.

I have the kabuki on a provari 2.5. It was set at 4.5 vv for my nautilus mini. I have it at 3.8 now on the kabuki after running and buying new coils.
