There could be however I have only purchased from Phiniac.

Huh?

The last I knew they were looking to grow their etching business, but had dissolved all of the vape-related gear they sell (for the obvious reasons). At one point she said they'd be willing to do etchings on anything that was sent to them to (in addition to what they sell), but I don't know if they've remained true to that plan. It's been a number of months (4-6 maybe?) since I've had any direct communications with them, so I'm not totally confident that anything I'm saying here is accurate.

They do have a new website setup, and it is operational, but I'm hesitant to post any links here. "phiniac{dash}glass" should get you there, if you haven't already searched for it.

Other than the finish flaking off and possibly the price, what else do you like about the Vika over the Kabuki?

BTW I have a Stealth Kabuki and have had no issues with the finish flaking off. I even have a Classic Black Satin ProVari and no flaking issues.

It is easier to open I recall my Kabuki was quite a tight fit ! Perhaps flaking was the wrong description it seemed to chip Easily maybe Was a bit clumsy lol

As I mentioned previously the Vika with the 1.2 Mini Triton is a world of difference than my previous Kabuki with the 1.8 coil ........

I got 2 "authentics" off the Vika website, no problems with them, they ship out of Dubai. They're... <shrug> whatever. Kabuki clones with minor differences and air-hole placement. The reason I got 'em was to have a working 510 connector so I can attach Nautilus & Triton coils in "kabuki" tanks to Dicodes, without using the "510 adapter" Zen introduced after his initial run of native 510 Kabuki's had so many problems they were eventually discontinued and replaced with the adapter.

So, on the upside: the 510 threading works. It's more compact than the Kabuki with 510 adaptor on devices that lack P3 threading.

On the downside:I think all of it is "fake" and just a marketing ploy that makes Vika money, who in turn paid off Phil Busardo to promote 'em. Five Pawns states they're all fakes and they have never approved the use of their trademark on any of their products:

5 pawns.jpg

It's... about as "real" as a Kayfun clone from China. What does that mean to you? Hard to say, some Kayfun clones work great, some don't. This is exactly the same thing for $9, sans the packaging + an authentic replica of a Five Pawns drip tip: $9.42 Vika Fantasy Styled Tank Clearomizer - 3ml / 1.8ohm / 316 stainless steel + glass at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

IDK what to say. I'm not blown away by the vape experience because it's more or less identical to the Kabukis, which I only use for travel. Is it worth $60 or $70 or whatever I paid for each of 'em? Probably not. Is the Hussar I paid $200 for, or the Rose V3 worth $180? Who knows, it's all subjective, they're boutique atomizers made in very small batches. The Vika is being pumped out of a Chinese factory and costs about $3 to make, if that, so their margins on it are completely insane. Their Five Pawns branding is fake ... They're basically a Chinese company with a "good" marketing department.

In conclusion: Their products do work as described, and they do offer P3 threading at considerably lower prices than Zen's products. In my case, offered 510 threading which works correctly, without the need for 510 adapter. If you personally perceive it to be "better" than a Kabuki, maybe for you it is. For me, it's pretty much the same thing. Great flavor, awesome for low watts to0TlE puFF!nG higher mg/mL nic.

So. It's a fantasy of a clone of a remake of an imaginary Kabuki that is a never-made 5 Pawns edition and labeled Svoemesto designed in Russia made in Germany, but is non-existent.

Don't bogart that........ my friend. Pass it over to moi. ;)

What a trip, schismz!

How kurious. I have a few Kabukii, all 510, and they have always been perfect.

That's some funny sheets.

BTW, my three genuine Zen 510 Kabukis (two SS + one GMZ) are absolutely flawless. Never a single issue with any of them. Just throwing that out there since it was mentioned...

Me three — I have the Zen 510 and P3 Kabukis and have no issues.

I have the Dani Extreme v2+ and the Dicodes Dani Box. I use my 510 Kabuki with no adapter. Works well for me.

You understand *exactly* !!! The Vika fantasy tank is kinda like an authentic replica of a mirage within a dream that you order from China, but ships from Dubai!

Well fine, be like that! All of yours works. The only 510 Kabuki I ever had, never worked very well. I read the helpful advice, full of insights like:

- Pull the Nautilus pin out using some tweezers.
- Pull the Nautilus pin out, using some string wrapped around the pin.
- Pull the Nautilus pin out, and switch it with another pin, that's longer, and/or wider, and/or made out of unicorn horns.

and THEN it'll work right!

And, it kinda, sorta did, some of the time. But eventually I gave up, contacted HoH, sent it back to them, and then they sent me ... another P3 Kabuki with a 510 adapter 'cuz they'd stopped making the 510 versions. D'oh!

I have the Dani Extreme v2+ and the Dicodes Dani Box. I use my 510 Kabuki with no adapter. Works well for me.

That's exactly what I wanted. The closest I ever got was this:

High End REGULATED MODS !

But now, thanks to the magic of the revolutionary Vika Fantasy Tank, I can do this! OMG!!!

And therein lies your prob. Unicorn kisses, dahlink. Not horns.

G'day All you fellow Kabuki enthusiasts

As some of you may know I had a woopsy moment last year and dropped my Provari breaking the glass on my Kabuki. (A VERY rare moment of clumsiness for me
doh.gif
)

I haven't been able to source a replacement down here in Australia so resorted to buying from fasttech only to be let down by tanks that don't even go close to fitting a standard Kabuki (no refunds or replacements offered from FT, just a whole bunch of jerking around. But only $11 AUS and my time wasted. Lesson learnt. First and last order with them. Won't waste my time or money with fasttech again
shifter.gif
)

Our Wonderful @Katdarling came to my rescue and offered me a couple of her excess Kabuki glass tanks, which I accepted instantly.

I arrived home today to find her package waiting for me and have just rebuilt my Kabuki with a beautiful white Lily etched tank (my favourite flower)

I'm vaping my Kabuki again after 2+ months thanks to the generosity of Katdarling, and I'm happy as a "piggy in poo" LOL

THANK YOU soo much Kat

I appreciate it more than you can know xo

Zens tanks are quarts glass. The FT tanks are Pyrex glass which varies in dimension quite a bit. Hence why they fit loose. Thicker o-rings should solve that issue.

Offered without comment or judgement: I just received an email from the Zen Factory outlet offering a brand new shiny topper that does not, and cannot, use eliquid. Yes, the (vape) world is changing. It's using an asian-type name but I have no idea if it is a product from Zen.
