While I like the vape coming out of them, I'm not a fan of the build quality. What can ya do though, each to their own. I've moved the 3 I have (two P3 and a 510) to the back of my vape box to collect dust.
Man! I really hate that you're having this experience!
Would you mind my asking what it is you don't like about the build quality?
I feel like a reliable list of materials is a big factor here, in regards to the Kabuki not being made of mystery Chinese metals, or cheap plastic tanks...at least that's the biggest factor for me.
Is it the design of the tank you don't like? I'm just trying to figure out what's got you down on it, cuz I feel like it's a very simply built device...less parts, easy to maintain, easy to use...but again, this is all my opinion/experience with the Kabuki.
Of course to each his/her own...but I'm the only person in my circle with a Kabuki, so I have nobody else to talk to about it.

Given how much they cost, that's saying a lot. What is your preferred setup?

I broke my glass the other day.....dropped it when i was cleaning it:-x So I ordered some smoke colored spectrum glass from IBTanked. I am wondering if the washers they sell would work with the kabuki to help protect the glass, prevent over tighting, and coil sticking to chimney. Gonna order a set and try it.

What dont you like on the build quality?

The insulator ring in the base of the 510 has a section missing out of it.

On one of the P3 versions I received the glass isn't cut square. It doesn't leak but it doesn't line up when its together.

On the other P3 I get a lot of condensation on my provari. And yes I've screwed the coil in nice and tight and tried multiple coils.

I get the condensation as well. This didn't surprise me because the Original Nautilus base always gets condensation in it. Nature of the beast I figured.

The insulator should be covered under warranty and they should replace your glass because of it not being cut square. I would be calling HOH about it.

The wisps of vapor that emanate from the Allen hole?

No, but cool video Kat :) The condensation is all around the well by the pin of the ProVari P3 connection. My guess is that when you stop taking a puff, there is a little air/vapor exchange with the space under the Kabuki base as the pressure equalizes again, and a tiny amount of vapor gets trapped in there and condense onto the steel.
