I seriously can't wait to see how it goes for you. Just do yourself a favor and start out low voltage until you find your sweet spot(s). Speaking of which, how many of you have noticed the new style cotton coils have printed right on them: 1.6 ohm, 3.3 - 4.2 volts; 1.8 ohm, 4.2 - 5.0 volts
Just curious, I don't remember it being brought up...
I pointed this out in another thread. Aspire is saying, 11 watt max on the 1.6Ω and 13.9 watts on the 1.8Ω. At least for those particular coils. That would be why lower powered devices work so well. Hi-Power need not apply. I use mine (1.8Ω) around 3.6 volts on Provi 2.5's. Turn 'em up at your own risk. Cheers!

GOOD, no, GREAT stashing!!!

Salts, I somehow doubt sincerely you'll find this a step down. Different, yes, but not a let down at all. Congrats on a couple of superb purchases, and undoubtedly, you'll keep us posted? Please?

Thank you :) sometimes i worry i am going over the top but then i vape the kabuki again and realize that naw, no way!

Thanks guys, I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be stepping down making the switch. I had left evods way back to move to the sophia and was a huge step forward. Left the sophia and went back to cartos, still love the flavor, but ran out. Couldn't wrap my head around the fact that a tank with disposables was what I would be going back to. Ordered a Kabuki and a p3 satin silver last night so the wait begins. I gotta feeling if they work as good as folks say, I'm going to have a few.

Only you can judge and compare, don't take peoples word from this thread, they are a little Kabooki crazy if you haven't noticed. Honestly, I get a better flavor from a subtank mini. The Kabuki doesn't leak like that one did however.

Last question till this stuff gets here... Does anyone Vape NET through these coils? That's what previously pushed me towards rebuilding the Sophia. I ordered some stuff I have missed for a long time today (Good EJuice, HHV, MOV, NicoTicket). Most of what I ordered were NETS. How long should I expect a Nauti BVC coil to last with these? I know it's a general question but is anyone vaping these through the Kabuki? Trying to gauge how many coils to order up front...lol.

I vape Black Note all the time, it works fine.

Kabuki crazy or not, your point is right on. I've never had the slightest bit of leakage from the Kabukis. A very pleasant change, from having to fiddle and diddle to prevent leakage, or flooding or...

Yes quite a few are Kabooki crazy. I for one like it; not head over heels in love with it. I don't find it to be the end all be all topper that others rave about.

Honestly I feel a lot of the hype comes from the fact it's a Zen product & folks wanna be gaga over it cause ProVape & Zen equal a pretty good vape.

But watch how fast folks would leave the Kabuki in the dust when the next best thing hits the market.....(not Rod thou!.... He's #KabukiForLife! [emoji106] [emoji6]

Note 5!!!

Perhaps. I for one had never even heard of HoH much less tried one of their products. I bought a Kabuki on the word of a friend after happily puffing away on my Nautilus collection for years (I REFUSE to build my own). The difference was so radical I shelved my Aspire products and Then looked in to who was actually building these tanks. If technology leaps forward and a better vape is to be had elsewhere? Yep, I'll go where the ciggy-monster can't find me every time...

And that's one big reason why 95% of my vaping now is with Kabukis. It's the only tank I've owned that I can put in my pocket, carry it all day and not have it leak one drop. Inside or outside temp makes no difference. No leaking, period.

Truthfully Scandal, I'm not head over heels in love with much. And I'm not sure what an end all be all topper would be. I just want a good vape WITHOUT having to devote my free time to figuring out how to get it working right, or fixing problems, or endless cleaning and mending. I have been building coils, using mechs etc. etc. Is the Kabuki/Radius combination far superior? Probably not. Is it just about equal? Probably so. Is it trouble free? Yep. Do I care about fads? Nope. Do I care about giant leaps forward? Sure. But...unless the leap is trouble free and fairly effortless, then it (for me) ain't gonna be a leap forward. Life is short and I don't want the vaping to turn into a time consuming hobby. I enjoy my martini's, but I don't want to distill the gin. Just my outlook on vaping.

And that's funny, cause I've only had my radius/kabuki for a week or so before going out of town. And it's been working so well the temptation to bring it along as my only mod was strong. I chickened out, because I carry mods in my jacket pocket and I was paranoid, not about the leaking but about the glass tank. Next trip I will, since what's in my pocket isn't nearly as pleasurable.

I wasn't carrying my kabuki out nod the house wither due to the glass tank, but have since swapped to a PC tank and have a few backups of both glass and PC so that worry has gone and I'm enjoying my kabuki everywhere I go without worry. Funny, at first I wasn't on love with the kabuki at all, but after a few weeks using it off and on and going back and forth between it and my rebuildable tanks I realized how much of a great vape the kabuki is and find myself missing it when I move to another topper foe the day

And to bring this full circle, I watched my wife have a cigarette tonight while we were enjoying an adult beverage and I STILL wanted to grab it and take a nice long drag after several years of never having fallin off the wagon. So if it takes a fad like the next, "Coolest Tank Ever Made in the Universe" to come along and distract me, then someone call the engineers and get them working on that tank right meow!
