Tylenol here, but for different reasons LOL.
Zen might need some too. He came up with the P3 connection specifically for those who own P3s and Radii.

But I am thinking of acquiring the new 18650 box mod from Dicodes when its available. And I'll order a 510 Kabuki to go with it. I marvel at the simplicity and clean design of these tanks each time I clean them to change juices. I'm now using it as a flavour reference against the two rebuildables I have (I know that last statement could start a war over at the RTA forums!).

The only downside is high VG juices with the Nauti coils. I use a 70VG juice sometimes, and have to let it sit overnight before I take a first vape.

In a perfect world I could afford a Kabuki for every ProVari I own, but in my world the Kabuki's have to share ProVari's, and most of them are 510 topped. It was nice of Zen to make a P3 base for the Kabuki and am happy to have one. It was also a pretty good business decision;) I find it funny that Provape came out with a proprietary connection, instead of, say, adopting an established one like Zen's which would have given the one more push at becoming stronger in the market. Instead now we have three different connectors, with the 510 being the VHS with two contenders instead of one. Someday, something like the CD will come along, and make all three obsolete, and more than likely, it will come from China.

Off course, I'm aware that economic circumstances and flexibility are the reasons why people opt for the 510 connection, even when they own ProVape gear amongst their mod collections. My original response was to a forum member here, who already had a couple of 510 Kabukis and was going to get another one since he was purchasing a Radius. I just think it looks so good in P3 form on a Radius, quite apart from the improved connection integrity. But then, to each his own.

I'm in complete harmony with your comment about proprietary connections. ProVape's game plan is puzzling, given that they don't make tank or dripping atomisers. Obviously their friendly collaboration with Zen resulted in the P3 Kabuki. But I do wish they could have agreed on a common hybrid connection. Its not the best way to deal with Chinese domination of the industry.

I think the Z2 connector has too big of a diameter to work on a ProVari without adding additional height.

I like everything about the P3 connection over the 510. Better connectivity, easier to screw on, and the tanks can sit on the shelf, no mod holder with 510-sized holes needed. It's a crying shame Zen is the only one making tanks for it, since Aspire dropped the P3 Nautilus.

Svoemesto makes p3 bases for their tanks and rumor has it the new tank will have a p3 connector too. Zen is also making a p3-510 adapter so I expect the 510 kabuki may go away when that comes out.

It's an interesting situation. Zen supports ProVape by being one of the few (only?) makers to produce P3 tanks, yet ProVape ignores the chance to support his Z2. aOf course, I am not privy to the details, as in if the P3 was a contract project or if the Z2 has the wrong dimensions. Even if that's true for the Z2, I can't see that it would be anything major to produce a Z2 Radius.

I have all three connectors and can't really feel a difference in the quality of the vape, but the Z2 is by far the easiest to attach. And just glancing at the base, it just looks right. Jewelry-like craftsmanship and sound design is evident.

Edit: Was typing this when Ca Ike posted the information about Svoemesto.

I like the caged ones too. I just wish they really were 5ml

Mine is.

Jeez. I've been using these things for... I don't even KNOW how long now, but it's well over a year. I think I've hit maybe one bad coil. Two? Not sure, but not many.

We must be the lucky ones, DPL. We've been using them for some 20 months now and like you, I've had what, maybe one or two bad ones?

Your Welcome, I have 4, so far and they look great.

But the thanks, should go to @DPLongo22 and @Katdarling . They turned me on to the site.:nun:

Awwwwwww....... thank you gneezies. We only enable the best. ;)

I've no experience at all with the Z2 connector. I certainly can appreciate the P3 connector tho. Sadly, and prolly like most of us, most all my devices are 510 threaded, and sadly not all my tanks are Kabukis.

So in the interim, using/buying the 510 Kabuki just makes the most logical sense to me.

But when Zen does start offering up the adapter, that sense may go right out the window.

And this is why I opted for the 510. I didn't have a P3 or Radius & had no idea if or when I'd buy one.

As it stands now my 510 Kabuki is now back on a 2.5 'Vari cause opposite of many of you, the Radius/Kabuki combo just isnt doing it for me.

...and this is the guy that referred to me as a, "flag-waving elitist." LOL
I said no such thing. Nor would I. I'm about as flag waving as you can get. Even though you implied that I'm not patriotic, it must be remembered that the goodness of vaping wasn't brought to us from the USA. LIke it or not, we didn't put it on the market, nor did we make them first. Far from it.
Without the Chinese, like it or not, we wouldn't have had this wonderful chance to get off the stinkies. I must also remind you that we are forced to use Chinese coils in our beloved Kabukis. Does it also make me, (you as well), now un patriotic? By your logic, Yes it would suggest so!
Perhaps I've just been at this vaping thing a lot longer than you. When I started, there was NO Provari, Wish there had been. It would have saved me a Lot of disappointment, and Money!
I am quit thankful that there are at least a very few Domestic companies making high quality products in the Vape world for us.
But I am not going to Flag Wave to the extent that I, thru ignorance, self induced blindness, cannot see what has come before, or what is right before my eyes.

I am not anti American products whatsoever. to suggest as so much is arrogant, and foolish. Typical of a true elitist. , Nor am I a namby Pamby! I Vote AMERICAN, Not Progressive, Social Communist.
This is as far as I'm willing to take this conversation, or your attack. This is politics, and Not allowed here! I'm done with this foolishness!

I just want to be able to put any tank I have onto any device that I have. I do not care which connector that happens to be, but it happens to be 510 for me.

So.......................

I flipped a Ti 2.5 Provi the other day, with a 510 connector Cerotank on top, and it hit the tile in FULL spin, far from gently. Nothing broke, nothing bent, and the only thing it required was a wipe-down.

Vapin' ON (as Ms. @tearose50 might advise). :vapor:

But I am thinking of acquiring the new 18650 box mod from Dicodes when its available. And I'll order a 510 Kabuki to go with it. I marvel at the simplicity and clean design of these tanks each time I clean them to change juices. I'm now using it as a flavour reference against the two rebuildables I have (I know that last statement could start a war over at the RTA forums!).

The only downside is high VG juices with the Nauti coils. I use a 70VG juice sometimes, and have to let it sit overnight before I take a first vape.

No need to let it sit over night. Put your finger over the air hole and draw lightly, a small amount. This will saturate your coil in under a minute!

Blow back thru the air hole to clear any flooding. It will put the liquid on top of the cotton.
Don't flow thru the tip thru the coil, as this will cause a capillary action and start draining some of the tank thru the air hole.
