High Five!!!
Wow is/was that hard to read in Tapatalk dark mode - HahahaDid anyone else notice the 4 words emphasized below?
"The 510 Kabuki version as you know it, is no longer in production... so if you plan on having an original Kabuki 510 version, get 'em while you can. Some dealers still have a few left in stock. There are no more at HoH and no more of "this" version will be made again.
P3 and Z2 are what we're making now."
We do know a Ti P3 version is in the works. Anyone else wondering what is next on Mr. Zen's prototype schedule?

Personally, I've enjoyed having HOH/Zen being invited by Vape360 to participate here to help handle some early questions, provide support and give views on various glass, etc. I would love for that to continue. IMHO, if it becomes a generic thread and clown battle, I fear that could cease.
I'm kind of surprised there is no active Kabuki thread in tanks or general sections, considering it's popularity and use on lots of devices besides Provi's. Perhaps someone who has purchased from one or more of the various overseas vendors can start one.
So, About the concern that Nautilus coils are becoming scarce....
The fear of the vapapocolipse has sent non-rebuilders into the shops and online stores, and they are buying them up at a rate which exceeds the ability to produce them at the moment. It has created a hopefully temporary shortage.
This behavior tends to drive up the price, by the way, but there are plenty of places that have not adjusted the prices due to the increased demand.
Now, a little bit of business to those that are saying I can make an adjustment to the 510 Kabuki to fit the Triton Mini... Sorry, not enough clearance there to fit the pin down into 510 threaded area, the base would need to be redesigned. Continue to scavenge pins from your old Nauti coils if you wish to use TM coils in a 510 Kabuki... OR... Get a P3 device... and problem solved. Or... use the correct (and superior) Nauti coil.
The 510 Kabuki version as you know it, is no longer in production... so if you plan on having an original Kabuki 510 version, get 'em while you can. Some dealers still have a few left in stock. There are no more at HoH and no more of "this" version will be made again.

Is the P3-510 adapter going to fill the 510 need people still have? I know you were working on one and I figured once done you'd drop the 510 version in favor of the adapter.
Yes, And with the adapter you can use the TM coils.
Though, people should really start refusing to buy 510 stuff so the market will evolve into something better.
For those of you with selective reading or that may need to take a remedial reading comprehension course I will repeat the following post chain. [emoji39]
The 510 is not dead just will not be what the current 510 is. From this (and previous talks with zen in other threads) going forward, the 510 kabuki will be a p3 version with an adapter. The exact details of this package Zen has not posted yet.
Be patient people. Zen is dealing with major destruction to his shop and the ZFO and I'm sure will post details when his headaches are dealt with.
Ti is close to one half the weight of the ss. And alu. would be 1/4. if I remember right!I wonder what the weight difference is?
Interesting quotes. Since he's saying that the P3 will survive and saying that it is compatible with the TM coils I'm wondering if there has been talk about the Nauti coils being discontinued after all. I know he's said the TM coils don't compare to the flavor on the Nauties, but it would certainly make the P3 more "future proof".For those of you with selective reading or that may need to take a remedial reading comprehension course I will repeat the following post chain. For me, the biggest draw for the Kabuki is it's size (or lack there of). Adding an adapter just to get a 510 would make it way too tall IMO. Guess I'll just have to get a Provari eventually <sigh>
But........Ti is close to one half the weight of the ss. And alu. would be 1/4. if I remember right!
Knife

Time to get in the pool! Just ordered the Z2! Been a long time naut mini user when I'm not rocking my Veritas, Derringer or Subtank Mini RBA
Thanks!

Haha! No worries! I was just kidding!Just one thing all of you ---
What I recall is that Zen is working on an adapter. Sometime ago on this thread he said it would add only 1/8" to the height.
I seem to recall that it might be coming out about now or perhaps soon --- but I could have been simply hoping it would.![]()
The Ti prototype is P3 and Gnees won the first one! Will it come out later at Z2 or 510? Even the Zenmaster might not have that entirely decided at this point.
As to an adapter coming with a P3 Kabuki --- sounds like a great plan to me, but I believe is purely conjecture at this point.
Sorry Stanley. I forget all don't look at ECF the same way I do.
Maybe Zen will give us some more hints later tonight.......![]()
I don't think that counts as elitist.I was certainly brand loyal for years at a time!Could not that count?

Funny you mention Apple/Provari because I see many similarities between the two.I don't think that counts as elitist.
I too was brand loyal for many years until one day I stumbled across a cheaper brand which tasted so much like the Newports I smoked.
People often say Apple users are elitist. But I use Apple & Samsung so I guess that just makes me confused. [emoji851]

Yep he is making the adapter. The size reference he made was in comparison to the p3 size not the current 510 version. Iirc it would be in between the p3 and current(former?) 510. Someone with both could measure as I only have the p3.Just one thing all of you ---
