Same here... using authentic Aspire nautilus coils with no issues of cross threading or over/under tightening and for me they are sticking 100% of the time in all of them. Funny enough though, I had a box of non-authentic coils and the one I tried did not stick but it allowed my eliquid to leak like no bodies business out the air hole so that was also the last one I used, the non-authentic have intake larger holes which may be good for high VG juices but I use a high PG mix.
At first I tried playing around trying to see if I could correct the sticking issue, super cleaning the connections, backing out the 510 to make sure the coil was seating down into the base securely then tightening it back against the pin, screwing the tank together leaving it a little lose or making it tighter, putting a little eliquid on the screw top of the coil to lube it up a bit or making sure it was dry, nothing made a difference though. I almost feel like the top threads bottom out to quickly and maybe could have been extended up a touch further, although I understand why they do so you do not over-tighten and break the glass, but it seems like it grips the coil once it bottoms out.
I have just gotten used to it though and try to use it to my advantage, it's a bit of a pain but it's not like I do not have other tanks with premade coils that stick. The ego ONE CLR coils are famous for the tops sticking and unscrewing the rebuildable cap leaving it up in the chimney for you to dig out when you remove the base to refill. I like the Kabuki enough to deal with it sticking and all
