I placed an order for a Magma and a couple of packs of carts and when the order came in i only got 1 cart pack. I heard they have fantastic customer service so i called up and went through their bull.... hawaiian time schedule. I left a message and they called back when I was in the shower. I had to call them back and wait around for another call and when it came again i was busy and couldnt answer the phone. So I've been leaving a message a day since then and now they won't even answer. I just wanna get the items I payed for. Is that too much to ask?

I used to order from them quite often back when I first started vaping. I only place an occasional order from them now, but every time I had was without any problems. I've spoken with their customer service people in the past to ask questions about products and each time was equally pleasant. I'm sorry to hear your having problems now.
Well they must have seen my post cause they called me back and sent out the rest of my order. xD
I probably wont buy again just due to the fact that its from hawaii and at best i get it in 3 business days.
If its free shipping it can take as long as it want too but if im paying i'd like a better option than that.
