I've tried a few different RDA's and never really fell in love with them. I wish I could find one that didn't have such an aggressive draw or airflow. I really like a smooth pull with a lot of controlled airflow. I current use a Kanger Aerotank mini and I rebuild the heads myself. I've tried a kayfun Lite Plus that I liked but was a pain in the ... to rewick if the tank had juice in it. I have a Squape R coming so maybe that will be the answer.

Would something like the Marquis or Veritas be a good dripper for me? Might try one of those because I really do believe that the best flavor comes from dripping.

I've never personally had a dripper myself...but as I've seen them having to b "filled" "dripped" whatever every so many puffs I just feel like it'd b too much for me having to do tht all the time...idk but maybe I'm wrong...I do plan on having one someday tho so I can try everything out n see maybe it might b what I'd like

I used to feel that way also, and unfortunately reading what people say can give that impression.
But actually an rda is a very versatile and simple device, and while the subohm cloudchasers have to drip frequently, that's only one way to use an rda.

My 30mm veritas rda's have 2+ ohm 30 gauge single coils running in 2 of them and a 28 gauge 1.2 ohm in one; they run at about 10 watts; and since they're 30mm, and since I pack in a lot of cotton in there like I'm packing a carto, they run for quite a while before I need to add some juice.

- have you ever picked up your tank to vape, and it's maybe flooded/muted, or maybe the other way - wick is too dry and you have to fiddle with it?
That's when you're glad you can just pick up your rda

- when you are new to wrapping your own coils, doing it in an rda is the easiest

- an rda is a very simple device, and I think anybody who vapes and are interested in doing their own coils, especially for saving money should try to pick up a simple dripper, like having a bike alongside your car; car's are great until they don't start in the morning.

I use both RDAs and RTAs and I end up using the tanks more for convenience. I still enjoy using the RDA when I have time to sit and relax, it's just so much more simple. Dripping isn't very annoying either, it's not like "aw man...gotta drip". It's more like "oh yeah time to drip!". Not to mention some RDAs can put out so much vapor that you end up taking less draws.

    No you can't
I've just got my first dripper this Monday, two days ago so everything is fresh in my mind. I ordered a Mutation V4 because of the deep well and a must is Japanese cotton or rayon.

    1. Found it easy to setup and use, though it's only good when home - obvious because of the filling of juice.
    2. More clouds.
    3. Flavor of juice changed a lot and now I have to remix my flavors for the dripper.
    4. I'm a chain vapor and have noticed I've slowed down a lot in the last two days and do feel more satisfied vaping now then I was before.
    5. The vapor feels cleaner and less ruff with the Japanese cotton(Bacon cotton) I'm using.

You can pick a dripper up for less then $10.00 from fasttech.com and they have the cotton also if you decide you want it.

It's a very good experience that wasn't expensive or hard to use. Will I continue dripping, I think so there's a place for it in my life that will make vaping a more enjoyable experience. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'll give it an 8 to 8+ and in time as I learn more I expect that number to go up - Yes I'm happy and found dripping to be easy and enjoyable.

I suggest for a first time dripper from fresh experience to get a Mutation because of the easy of setting up and the DEEP WELL made it all that much better and it can't leak.

That's actually one of the reasons I really like drippers. You can sit back for an evening, with 10 different bottles of juice in front of you, and switch between different flavors, try mixing flavors, etc.

My big complaint with tanks is that I'm totally bored with the flavor long before the tank is empty (and that's even filling them up with relatively small amounts of juice).

This is why I have 19 RTAs/tanks locked and loaded and ready to vape 24/7. About half are 5ml Atlantis' and the rest are Erls & a couple of Taifuns.

I never get bored, I'm not constantly wiping stuff off, I can lay my mod on the sofa or floor or set it on the table without worrying about stainage or the cat knocking it over.

I have RBAs, and I do use them, but for convenience I much prefer tanks.

I lost interest in the "ritual" aspect of combustibles many years ago when I gave up that other stuff.

The key to being happy dripping is finding the right dripper for you. Most RDAs out now have decent sized juice wells, so they CAN hold a good 10-15 drops at a time, and depending on your build, that could last a good while. I also think adjustable airflow is a must, some builds/juices require more or less airflow.

The setup I use most often is an igo-l with a twisted 30g micro voil at ~1ohm. I've opened the airhole just a tad so it's not quite as restricted as factory, but not wide open. Vaping this on a mech, 12 drops will last a good 15-30 minutes depending on how much I'm vaping.

My 2nd favorite setup is a veritas with a 26g macro coil, 0.8ohm, and that thing can hold 20 drops without leaking.

I never thought I'd want to drip - I'm pretty lazy when it comes to popping the top, dropping a bit of juice and then carrying on. However, I like building, and I've been playing with kayfun clones and now an RDA. I grabbed a couple of Subtank Nanos to get my feet wet with the "subohm experience" Now I have a Subtank Mini, mostly for the RBA deck to play with. I'm getting much better with my kayfun builds/wicking, so I am discovering new enjoyment from those. I like the ease of use of popping in an OCC (either the 0.5 or the 1.2).

I find a minimal amount of amusement with the RDA, but I still prefer a tank for long-term use.

Once you taste the flavor and feel the vapor it's really hard to turn back. You will wish you had more hands to uncap, drip, recap and vape. It does give you constant juice fingers but it's a small price to pay.

The beauty of dripper's is that you can customize more than just the power of the mod. I have subtank mini for an at work rig but use the RBA section exclusively, then I have my array of RDA'S a Zenith v2,zenith v3 28.5 mm, a magma, a tobh, Derringer, Mutation Xv3, a plume veil, and a 454 Big block. All of which have different personalities some do excellent flavor like the magma, plume veil, and Derringer, then there's my cloud chasers 454, tobh, and Mutation. And the do a decent job at both as do a couple others. My RDA'S are my hobby because I love building coils and seeing what I can pull out of each one different from the time before. With the advancements in subohm able tanks that keep coming out RDA'S aren't the only way to enjoy robust flavor anymore. So now it's a toss up To drip or not to drip the tanks spark a question lol.
