Anyone else get a little liquid in the mouth... every time?

OK so I may or may not have the same ce2's you have. But if they are similar.... What bottom part are you talking about twisting? Do you mean the battery thread part or inside where the two syringe holes are.

At the batt thread. Screwdriver 1/4 turn counter clockwise at a time seems to me to increase the airflow

I tried a new one. I was unable to see what your turning a quarter turn. Although these might be different. I do see something which could have a screwdriver placed in it, however I was unable to make it turn at all. It felt like the same piece of metal as the battery threads. It does produce plumes of vapor, and holds a lot of juice. So I know it isn't a burnt taste from lack of juice. I just still can taste the burnt. Heck a few months ago I probably couldn't taste anything. Maybe it doesn't like my juice.. ah well

Momster that's awesome.... are you also leaving the plug in as well as the condom with a hole in it? I did that all of today and I got zero splashback, I also intentionally filled all the cartos I tested this on far and above full. Now I am testing it with the condom pushed all the way down and the plug removed. If this works, then assuming I can find a way to enlarge the hole in the plug it should work without the need for the condom. The larger hole in the plug not creating enough suction to pull in any condensation that forms on the bottom. Well in theory anyway.

I've always left the rubber cap plug on the carto in its normal position and place the rubber condom with a hole a little larger than the cap's. Juice still condenses on the cap but does not seem to make it the additional 1/4" - 1/2" to the end of the condom mouthpiece. Having the softer mouthpiece is more pleasant, also. IMHO, of course. peeps!

Could be, and yes 3 of mine do put out a burned flavor (VG is said to contribute it). Yes that is what I was referring too, and it would turn for me, and did make the draw a little easier and the burnt taste subsided for me. From what I read its not a matter of if there is juice but how quickly the juice and/or air flows. The VG juices are more "sugary" and the burnt taste was from the already vaporized VG not flowing off after being vaped. Sorry they don't work for you, but the tweak made the burnt taste go down for me. I tried it after reading when i realized that the burnt taste was less if i conciously sucked harder and faster on the draw.... After that adjustment i seem to just have to relax and enjoy though.

HINT: The standard 510 cartridges have tops that can be popped out just like with the carto's. Use a paperclip. This will help to clean out any spurious liquid that might be pooled in the small chamber at the top of the cartridge.

I actually don't mind the occasional drop, sometimes they taste a bit funky. They aren't bothersome to me though. I overfill though, I know I do.

Well, I have no issue with a droplet on the tongue from the cola flavor but the chinese made 555 is a bit harsh on the lips to me.
