i ordered on 7.23 and as of today there has been no change in my order. emailed once in the last 3 days with no response to any email. These people go outta business or something?
anyone else having issues with ibtanked?

i did. said adding color would add 1-3 days of delay. i think i'm well beyond that. mix in the complete lack of communication, and i'm just a little annoyed with it.
Although not attempting to make excuses (I have no affiliation with the company), this is literally a small mom & pop type business and they admit to not always stay up to date on order confirmations. Tanks and special requests are done on site as well as packaging. They make a high quality product for a very reasonable price.
If you continue to not get an update in the next day or two, contact OCD on the IBTanked suppliers forum, "Do you fiddle with your thingy?"

That bit of insight into the company actually makes this delay more understandable and reasonable. i just tend to expect people to make dates they commit to...so when my order went outside the "1-3 day" window, i start getting concerned.
I love IBTanked, but they aren't always the best at responding to emails. Like Baditude said, post up in their thread. Or, just give them a call, their phone# is on their website.
