Anyone else here consider themselves a Browncoat?

Well here I am watching Firefly again(it's gorram hot out) and thinking that I would kill to get the show on the air again. So I thought I would see if anyone else here loves the show.

Anyone? Tell me I'm not alone.

Been waiting for good weather to put my firefly ship decal on my car window. That's how much of a dork I am.

I watched Dollhouse... that's how much of a Whedon fangirl I am.

I originaly saw the movie Serenity (I didn't see Firefly when it originally aired) and I can't stand to watch the last few episodes on the DVD because I don't want to admit that Firefly is gone and won't come back. That's how said I am.

No mobhs you are not alone I love firefly; I actually got to go to a sneak preview/test screening of the movie before it was released. Why is it that all the best shows get dragged away from us before the even get a chance?

Me too! Me too! I saw Serenity before Firefly as well. Loving Dollhouse too. So pleased to see it get a second season! I am really hoping the rumors are true that Summer Glau might join the cast! Oooh also LOVE Dr. Horrible and patiently waiting for more episodes.

I knew I was in good company. Problem with watching Firefly, I can't seem to stop watching until I've watched it all the way through. I don't want it to end.

Never could get into Buffy

Ugh, hated Buffy myself.

But Dr. Horrible was WONDERFUL! I couldn't believe how much I enjoyed it. Nathan was great, I loved me some hammer!

Oh geeze and Chuck too! I hate that Firefly was canceled too quickly but am happy to see the cast anytime.

Didn't they cancel Terminator as well with Summer? Too bad for her, maybe good for Dollhouse! I like Dollhouse in an odd way, can't say I love it but I don't think you're supposed to love it. I think you're supposed to come back over and over for the need to look like you slow down to see blood at a car wreck scene...

I watch AI just to see Alan Tudyk (sp?). I LOVED seeing him as Alpha in Dollhouse.

What sucked me in to the 'verse was Serenity tho. I rank that in my top 10 sci-fi movies of all time. I didn't find out until months later about the tv show.

Yes, yes, yes!! Had to skip the Can't Stop the Serenity showing this year, but bought my tickets so the money went to Equality now! Just rewatched it a few days ago and miss it like I couldn't believe.

Huge Whedon fangirl, and I did and DO like Buffy -- but the later seasons, when things got more complex, dark and strange. (I am one of the 6 people in the universe who think season 6 is the best season ever made.)

To me Firefly/Serenity isn't a series/movie. It's more like one huge story.
I have to watch the whole thing from beginning to end.
