No vendor is perfect,Canvapes treated me very good,i dropped my Smok mod once and they replaced the button free of charge,i did have a tank once with bad threads and i fixed it myself cause it says in thier return policy tanks are non refundable not a big deal,over all they are a.ok in my books,i know they are super busy and mistakes do happen but if you persist you and need a refund,they will help you.Tom is the man.

Ive had issues with them i don't have with smaller vendors, mainly emails going unanswered.
no issue other then stock at their physical location i visit.
Don't like the juice though, 7 or 8 30mls for emergency only

good source for hardware anyways.

So I got my first order from canvape last week.

For my first experience with them I'll give them a 5 out of 5.

I put in the wrong postal code (damn you chrome auto fill) and I emailed Canvape and they contacted Canadapost right away to fix the postal code.

Good customer service for my first try.

I've had around 4 orders with them. And they have all been flawless.

Haven't seen anything that would stop me from using them yet.

I've used them forever when i needed stuff. Never had a problem. Always fast shipping, great response time to emails and when they run out of stock, they dont keep you waiting until the replenish, they shoot you off an email with replacement suggestions, usually at no additional cost to you.

All in all, great place to shop at, and never any issues at all on my end.
