Are you drinking a good amount of water? Are you getting any dry hits?.... Vaping too much? So you went from 6mg %100 vg to 18mg...100% pg? And then back to your usual 6m %100 vg?...Puff could be right, it could be the flavoring. Could possibly be too much nicotine in your system. Have you noticed any burnt tastes at all or any strange flavor while using your vape?..What wire are you using? Could be your wire, could possibly be an eliquid contamination. It's hard to tell.

Could also be symptoms of something else non vape related.

Hi all
I've been vaping for over a year & love it. Two weeks ago ran out of usual eliquid. (Was using 6mg 100%vg) vaped 18 mg pg as all I had. Was ok. Went back to vg 6mg - felt so ill! Have tried everything last 2 weeks even 0%vg - still Feel bad after vaping ?? Any ideas folks as love vaping

from 6mg to 18mg is a big jump if its at the same power level.

have you been getting sore throat?

Headache and nausea makes me think too much nic.
I agree, sounds like too much Nicotine. Try mixing some VG (You can get this in the First Aid section of your local Walmart) Mix it 50/50 with your regular juice, that will cut your nicotine down to 3mg , it will lighten up the flavor somewhat, but Vg is a decent vape on its own. Drink lots of fluids to dilute the excess nic out of your system. Best to see a Doctor too and make sure something else isn't going on. Good Luck

Sounds like nic sickness... unfortunately, the only cure is less nicotine and more water. Try some 0mg liquid for a while, make sure to drink plenty of water (no need for the gallon a day water challenge, or anything exteme like that), and see if you shake it off after a couple of days. Severe nic sickness can take a while to recuperate from properly... maybe as long as 24 hours. If you're adding nicotine to your body in the meantime (even 6mg), it takes longer for your body to process it all out.

Readers digest version of my dissertation: zero nic for a while, more water....

Than you all for your replies. I'm thinking it is perhaps just too much nicotine. If I hadn't let me supplies go so low I wouldn't have bought the 18 strength -bit silly really on my part. I started vaping over year ago & quit smoking right away. Love vaping. Went fro 24,18,12,6 & was getting on well. Love it. Try to do without it couple of days & see what happens as even vaping the zero nicotine is making me nauseous.
