Anyone Here Using a SmokJoy Gi2 and able to keep it locked?

There are two ways to lock the Gi2 and I can lock it both ways.
Once locked, the "LOCK" icon appears on the screen.
When that screen goes black and the icon disappears, the device is not locked anymore.
Pressing the fire button works as it should.

Not a good scenario as far as locking goes.
I've seen two others act the same way.

Any other experiences?
