Haha No Whammy's! Just kidding. We have many of them here and in time learned to accept them and treat them with delicate care such as offering cups of coffee in the morning
I love you guys so much. Thanks a ton for hanging in there and more importantly the good words. I'm glad you guys know that I have your back in anything and would do anything I can for you. It might take some time to get a good reply back to you and sometimes I may miss it, but I am trying my hardest guys. We're in that phase where we're too small to afford further employees and too big for us to handle. I would never leave you guys in the dark.
There is sound reasoning for the delay. Carlo CmII bit off more than he can chew this batch. He really is trying to appease everyone and anyone here. When you have a product that ignites like a firecracker beacon everyone wants in on it. Little did he know that the American market is vast. Land of possibilities? He took on so many orders, way more than the production department can handle and when the main machine broke down it halted everything. Customers just like you and I went from excitement to anxious, to angry awfully quick. Carlo didn't anticipate that customers such as us went full in by making the full cost of orders which led to even more pressure upon discovery. The latest batch that went (group-buy) out were rushed after the break down which led to imperfections such as driptips not fitting etc. Now he's back peddling making all replacements for them. This as I know personally is difficult to manage and maintain. It is certainly not easy to have a high demand just to have production screw everything up. The pressure is enough to break someone. If it wasn't for my friends, I would never have been fixed and set straight. If you guys are reading this. I cannot say thank you enough. You guys did allot more than you think. Back on track, Carlo is getting buried out there trying to set things right. He made promises that due to the circumstances he cannot keep no matter how much he wished otherwise. No one wants to be in this position ever. It's not about making money or having greed, it's about serving a quality product. We came far in this industry to the point were imperfections and duds are not acceptable regardless of the scenario or who is the supplier. It's easy to get to blinded in the rage and judgments taken in this fast pace market that has a flooding array of manufactures and vendors alike.
Inshort, We are getting delayed like KP to the 2nd week of June because they're trying too hard. Now, I can rush him but we can see the result of applying more pressure. We are the first in line to get produced and shipped however he wants to take special care of us to ensure we receive nothing but the best the Zenith can possibly offer and the perfection that it is known for. If you guys do sincerely want to cancel, I totally understand, but if you guys are going to cancel and still have that desire to own one of these. Please review this post carefully before making a sincere judgment. I relate to Carlo in so many ways and if he is taking the right precautions to ensure we have a flawless product, then I'm willing to wait for him. Nothing is better than seeing someone blow up so huge, then get knocked down to reassert themselves back into their former position. I know to him things are looking bleak, but I have that feeling that he will overcome this obstacle with flying colors. It's a golden magical moment that doesn't get to be experienced often.
Carlo, Heres an excerpt from an email from a customer today. For feedback purposes.
Hi Isaac,
Apparently a number of people have already received the Zenith on a group buy, and according to their comments on FB, there are a number of quality control issues that have made them less than happy with their purchase. Drip tips not fitting are amongst the issues reported.
On that basis, and given the cost of the Zenith, I'd like to cancel my pre-order after all for a refund.
From Carlo Hello Isaac,
This is exactly the reason why there are delays, the last batch came out bad so they were scrapped and then the next one was rushed, Tell your friend who received a bad zenith to inform the retailer, we spent the last week replacing bad items.
Hello Isaac,
Thank you, that's why we are being careful about this current (your) batch, its most likely going to be the last one because of the bad rap of the last one., its getting expensive replacing them,
Regards
Carlo
