Anyone know any famous vape stores here in Socal that would build some sophisticated clapton coils for money?

I really cannot do it. I think I am unable to create anything outside of normal wraps.
It is so frustrating and stresses me out whenever I try to build clapton coil, I ended up refunding my driller to Home Depot.

LA Vapor in San Gabriel. Not as wide of a selection of juices as Clearmist in Rowland Heights. Not nearly as high end as VapeRev in Cerritos. Nor is the interior as modern and sleek as The Vapor Spot in Los Angeles. But to their credit, the kids there are always building something with Nichrome at the front counter.

Or, if you want to go the internet route, there is pre-made clapton wire sold by UD on ebay for about 9-10 dollars for a 5 meter spool, looks really well made. Also, plenty of folks are selling premade clapton coils there as well.
