i drive that 1981 Nissan Datsun 280ZX that is my avatar and absolutely love it

just recently spent about a grand on cherrying out the interior next paint and body i hope,,, i have also done a few things with the engine/exhuast

I have always wanted to restore a 280 but it's so hard to find a clean one to start out with
I always look when i see one for sale !! Yours looks pretty damn clean I love it !!!

yea i actually bought it from my high schools super intendent about 2 years ago when i was a senior haha i payed about 3 grand but in the condition its in i consider that a steal

the thing is an absolute joy to drive that straight 6 has just enough kick haha (even though i am considering getting a v8 built for it) and ever since i got a custom monza exhuast kit on their the little beast is loud its definatley a head turner lol ive been pulled over twice just becuase the officers loved my car and wanted to check it out

It's putting out 419hp at the moment it's the Ferrari 360 motor and F1 Transmission
Instead of it being mounted in the rear in the Maserati it's in the front

man i can only push 185 MAX right now but to be fair the engine is 28 years old theirs only so much i can do

i cant wait though in a year or too ( after i save up) im getting a v8 and a s10 tran will fit in a 280 so im gonna drop that thing in there haha with the 280's size and weight im almost scared to see what will happen
