Anyone outside the US having trouble ordering from The Steam Co?

I was trying to place a big order (given their 40% off cyber monday deal) but the credit card transaction wouldn't go through due to a problem with the address (which was entered just as on my card statement)... I phoned them, and they seemed to think it was because I'm overseas (Australia)... anyone else have similar problems?

I've run into that issue a few times with my card as it's a US issued card with a Canadian address. Some processing companies just can't grasp that concept and reject the transaction.
