Just curious. I'm thinking of grabbing myself a 601-C. Anyone still using it around here?

LOL I still check in once in a while. I'd recomend going with the 601A. I believe it is. It's a manual pipe that feels good in the hand. Not like a quality crafted wood pipe but inexpensive. And you can use nova's on it.

I just got mine in from china yesterday. I talked about it on the "dse601-c popularity" thread.

    Cool.

I'll have to pass on that suggestion of the manual version. I was looking into the 601-C, but since I only drip now it'll probably be too much of a hassle. I've found dripping on autos doesn't work very well for holding a PV horizontally. :(

I only read it if I see someone post. I have two 601 Cs... the older version that will not take tanks.. still good devices.

I thought it was a great device, until it stopped working.

Yeah... no matter what device you get, you are going to get a failure... some are easier to send back than other's ;)
