Yes, you can rebuild the duals with a single coil. I actually have 12 wrap 30 ga micro wrapped on 1/16 drill bit that performs better in my aero than the stock duals ever did. I know, I know. Why 12 wraps? Cause a friend said it couldn't be done. Could've fit a Buick in the space left over too. Lol. Was gonna redo it with 10 wrap after, but this one works so well on my Provari I haven't had the heart to pull it apart.

Nice. Im gonna try that later tonight except Ill be using 32ga wire and silica.

I just saw these on ebay. I wish I would have saw them last night because I might have tried one. I just ordered 2 more mini PT2s. However since they dont take the same heads, it's just as well. It would just be another replacement head to stock up on. Which is why I don't have a PT3 to begin with. Its bad enough stocking up on Kanger and Aspire coils.

Still I'm tempted to try. I'm on a mini kick lately. Mini batteries, mini tanks, etc. Been using the full size tanks less and less. Well on the road anyways. Still use the bigger stuff at home.

I got three today, one is going off to my girlfriend, and they are NICE. They are almost as good as the PT3 in my opinion and much better than the PT2 Mini with factory coils. I prefer the 1.5Ohm coil, wasn't happy with the 2.0Ohm coils at all though. They are much like the PT2 Mini except they have no rubber gasket attached to the top of the glass. Otherwise the airholes and construction are very similar.

Been using them at 4.3V on the Vapage Uturn (eGo twist copy), 7watts on the iTaste VV Ver 3.0

I just ordered another 3 mini PT2s , having completely forgotten they have a version 3. I wanted to try them too. Oh well maybe I'm better off. I might have liked them and would then have to replace all my mini PT2s. Once I find something I like I can't help myself and replace and quit using my old stuff.

You should do it. I am starting to avoid using my Mini Protank2 completely (yeah, only had one) as the Mini PT3 flavor and vapor production is SO MUCH BETTER. Oops caps. :D

Sorry to bump this. I bought a few of these on ebay and they have been performing great without any leaking or gurgling, but there is one thing bugging me about them. They arent straight! Like when they are sitting on my mod, they literally look bent/warped to one side. Are anybody elses like this? or is it just mine? Not a big deal im just picky about stuff like this.

Not just yours. I saw the same thing with mine. But I think it's the drip tip. It has a slight wobble to it and doesn't sit perfectly straight. I switched it out as I wasn't a fan of it. With my Smoktech tip on it's looks straight now

Just to add,
I see the are 1.5ohm. Would those hit better on the 3.7 volt mini egos, than the 1.8ohm heads I've been using on the PT2s? I only ask because when using my tanks on non vv batteries, they seem a bit lacking. Still good, but lacking. Wondered if the lower ohm would give it a little kick.

I would imagine more vapor but less taste........ that's what I have found anyways....
