Anyone try the new Kanger T3 yet?

The only down side that I see to these T3's is that there is the potential for the seal to restrict the wicks if over tightened and especially if someone is using a thicker juice.
That is why I added a o-ring with my 60/40 PG/VG juice.
I have noticed that if it's on the verge of flooding, I can snug it up tighter and the opposite is true if it's on the verge of giving a somewhat dry hit or a harsher TH. I can back it off a tad and this seems to allow the wicks to wick better.
The o-ring keeps the shell snug and it doesn't rotate freely.
It also give me the ability to control juice flow.

Got 2x of these today and me and the wife love them so far. I replaced a vivi nova mini with it.... It is really easy to draw, no leaking, seems really sturdy, great flavor.

my nova mini has started to darken the liquid after 1/2 a tank making it taste like crap (i have 3x heads I rotate/clean daily and all are less than a week old).

Mind tossing a pic up when you get a chance?

I'm using just Menthol, PG, and no tobacco and after one tank my wick was only slightly darker. Also it cleaned up practically like new after a warm water rinse.

I would suspect that a darker liquid would contain more particles that would darken the wick more so than my practically clear Menthol.

Anyway, the wick on my Vision eGo V3 using the same Menthol liquid was black as soot after about a half tank and never did come white again even after a good hour of soaking in hot water.

Yes. thought this would be much less of an issue with the bottom coil but my Boba's is looking very dark.

Yeah my almost clear liquid is pretty dark amber now, BUT the taste is not bad like my nova when turning dark. Might just be the juices? idk. Either way I am still happy about it =)

So after using this all afternoon I have gotten an occasional dry hit, this never happened with the T2s. I think my beloved Boba's is just a little too thick for it.

You might try taking a primer puff without hitting the fire button every few vapes and it will help with dry hits with the thick juice.

I think I may be noticing something that might cause me to not like these at all. I've only used 1 so far, so I don't know if this is true for all six that I bought.

Full tank - vapor production is excellent, couldn't ask for more.
About 1mL down - vapor production starting to fall off a bit.
About halfway through the tank - vapor production falling off even more, very airy draw like the T2.

Anyone else notice this? I hope it is just this one.

Same here with vapor production. Also I think the throat hit is less with these than the T2. I do like these T3s but the more I use them I don't think they are really any better than the T2s. I think I still prefer the T2...

After taking the thing apart and washing the coil/wicks i am no longer getting a dark color in my juice. And it taste even better.

I did notice once the tank was just about empty it started to drip through the hole in the bottom and get into the battery connection. Snugged the seals up will post back if it happens again.

I've been a carto user for about 4 years now, but have tried a few clearos along the way. My favorite was the ego-W (nobody knows about these), but have tried a couple others like the stardust and vivi nova. The nova was pretty good, though it didn't work well with my VV gripper so I gave up on it and went back to my carto tank. Plus, they ALL had the tip to drip feature that is so common with clearos, that you just don't get with a carto. If this is true about the T3, then it may be the device I've been looking for. The taste of a clearo, with the feeding of a carto. Sounds pretty awesome. Thanks for your help, I'll stay away from the knockoffs :)

I may have to hold off on this though :( My gripper only has a 510 (no ego) connection. I'm thinking I'm going to get away from it though and go back to the ego twist. I found the T3 at lite-cig, but their twist batteries are a little high priced. I'll need to look around to see if I can find a vendor that carries both pretty cheap.

You can pop a 510 to eGo adapter. I'm thinking of getting a Gripper myself, you don't have to ditch it!

I'm actually trying to get away from the gripper, and have just been looking for an excuse to do so. I was at a restaurant and my fiancee went to grab some silverware next to me which had my gripper sitting next to it, and off it went. Fell off the table and onto the carpet, and the 510 connector fell out and the battery door broke a little more.

Thanks for all the feedback guys. I started with the T2 then got the mini vivi nova which I found temperamental then I learned to clean and dry burn the coils and both units improved dramaticaly. and the T2 is once again the best for me and cant realy see the T3 being any better. I find the wvn wicks are to long and dont wick as well as the kanger.

What's everyone doing to clean other than just standard water rinse?

With T2 heads, I normally soak them in Isopropyl Alcohol for about 12 hours. It 'usually' gets rid of the linger smell from the previous juice. I did a rinse today after using it with a stronger juice (peanut butter cup from MBV) and I do notice a strong lingering smell on the wicks.

I've had horrible experiences with juices on the T2 wicks if the wicks are left with previous juice scent (imagine watermelon taste going with something that doesn't go well with it... yuck.) I'd hate to run in to the same problem with these.
