Just an FYI. I have been using the original coil head on one Kanger T3 for over a month now. I clean it every two tanks. I have replaced the flavor wicks a few times with a full piece of 3 ml silica wick. I disassemble and remove the flavor wicks and clean all parts with with warm low pressure running water and and a couple of dry burns, dry and dab the wick with a paper towel . The flavor wicks do not last very long ( a few tanks before they get unruly) but are very easy to replace if you have some wick. I lay a new piece of 3ml silica wick over the coil and in the wick slot, even it up on one side with the wick that is in the coil, replace the center tube and cut the new wick even with the opposite side of the wick already in the coil with a pair of flat nail clippers. This keeps the wick from falling apart and makes it easier to deal with. The T3 has become my preferred piece of vaping hardware with the T2 a close second. I was a 3ml Phoenix guy until I met these. A lot less maintenance with the T3. The only negative I have found is in the drip tip. Many tiny holes and cracks (and I mean tiny) have developed in the plastic drip tip. When I hold it upside down to fill it, tiny beads of juice appear on the tip. It looks like tiny beads of sweat. It is never enough to cause a drip but if I do not wipe it off I taste the juice. I will also add: I use Dekang Menthol exclusively at from between 3.2 to 3.8 volts. I have not used any other type of liquid in this T3. The fact that I have vaped well over 100ml of liquid through this T3 and the original cost was less than $7.00 and it has lasted me over a month is just fantastic. I just hope, as seems to be the norm, that they do not upgrade it to the point of ruining it. An aluminum drip tip would be the only improvement that I would like to see implemented.
