Anyone try the new Kanger T3 yet?

I found no leaking problems while flying if I didn't fill them more than half way. The two I had that were about 3/4 full both leaked. This was with my checked bags and carry on. Not sure if the extra space keeps the juice from leaking out.
The new Kanger coil base has 3 breather holes vs 2 holes on the original design. The additional hole, IMHO, makes the draw too airy so I plugged one hole with a drop of super glue. The internals appear to be unchanged from the original design.
I just got two of these T3's in the mail and I get a dry hit on just about every pull. Yuck!!! Is their any tricks to these? With the wicks being at the bottom, I don't see how this is possible. The juice I'm using is Truly tobacco from Copper Creek in a 60pg 40vg ratio, it doesn't seem too thick. Any suggestions? If you're getting dry hits you can try removing one or both of the "flavor wicks".
- Unscrew the head from the tank.
- Remove the small silicone cover that sits on top of the wicks.
- Gently wiggle and pull on the thin air tube and it will pop off. Be careful at this point as the "flavor wicks" just sit on top of the coil.
- There are two "flavor wicks". Remove one or both of these. This will not affect the other wicks that run through the coil.
- Replace the air tube, silicone cover, and screw the head back on the tank.
I don't know if it's the T3 or some of the juices I'm trying but SOMEtimes I get lightheaded really quickly. I think it has to do with the nicotine ratio. I'm used to small amounts so I'm guessing that the T3 is so....well GOOD at delivering the flavor (and the nicotine along with it) that it's hitting me kinda hard. I'm not coughing or anything, no burnt taste either. Just....kinda dizzy. Could PG/VG ratio also be a factor?
i havent heard pg or vg ration being a factor in that. i think its the nic, maybe the t3's deliver it better. i know you are going through more juice by using a t3 so therein might lie your cause.
Oh boy more new stuff, what is the t2 and t3? carts or batterys? ego brand or not?
Kanger T2s and T3s are eGo threaded clearomizers. The T2 is a top coil and the T3 a bottom coil clearomizer. Also, Smokeless Image sells a T3 clone that fits their X2 battery.

Okay,so I just ordered an Vision Ego Spinner 1300maH battery-should I order the 1.8 ohm replacement coils or the 2.5 ohm?
I'd splurge and get one of each. It could be my imagination, but I had some 100% VG juice (it was D'Doff from liberty-flights) that was unvape-able until I tried the lowest ohm coil at gotvapes. It did nothing but clog regular cartos, and the taste and vapor were almost non-existant on the old CE3s. By "old CE3s" I mean the ones that USED to work, not the new leakers.
But in the T3 and the low-ohm coil, I got LOADS of great flavor and plumes of vapor. It was a revelation. I think I had my eGo Twist set just above 4 volts, if that info is of any use.
And also, if anyone feels like I'm totally talking outta my @$$, please let me know. I'm on meds that screw with my taste buds so I don't fully trust my senses anymore.

Therein lies the beauty of the Spinner (or any VV), it doesn't matter!
I'd get one of each also, just in case there is a slight difference in the wicks or if higher R with higher voltage will just taste a bit better than a low R and voltage, to your taste.

When I was considering my first Spinner purchase, I was offered some sage advice from several people: "Buy two now, you'll be glad you did". Well, I didn't and within a couple of days of use, wished that I had. So I did. Worth every $ to not be void of the VV vaping experience.
I find that with the higher ohm rating my batts last less and produce less vapor at the same voltage. Id go with the lower res head.
The point of the VV is for the user to Vary the Voltage depending on the resistance of the atomizer. Higher resistance surely gives less vapor with the same voltage, that's how electricity works. And that's why Variable Voltage batteries were invented.

The whole resistance/ohms/voltages thing can be confusing. I'm no electrical engineer and I am very prone to misunderstanding things. I gained most of my extremely limited understanding of resistance and ohms in the world of tube driven bass amps.
I was able to understand resistance by thinking of electricity as water in a hose. Squeezing the hose increases the measure of resistance the water is experiencing, thus letting out less water. So translating that into coil heads.....a higher resistance head (thus a higher Ohm number) is decreasing the flow of electricity, thus requiring a higher voltage to achieve the same amount of work. Work, in our case, means flavor and vapor.
Right? Or do I have that completely backwards?

Has anyone tried replacing the wicks in these with stainless or cotton? Sorry if this has been covered already. I am thinking I want to get away from silica wicks and I've got 5 on the way with 15 replacement heads.
