Hey I found a company called (MODERATED) in china who seem to sell base liquids at a great price (£2.68 for 300ml of VG). Even with shipping this is much cheaper than anywhere else I've seen it.

I've read a few reviews of people who were not happy with customer service or their e-cigarettes but has anyone tried their bases or flavourings?
