Anyone vape at work?

My work actually supports it. There are 5 of us in our little cubicle farm that use them. HR has never complained, though they asked us not to use them in a few specific places and I have no issues with that.

Hell, I had HR come and warn me just last week that a visiting corporate office auditor that was onsite was an a$$hat and that we might be a little more reclusive with them for a day or so.

I work at indian head naval base. Everyone there are funny, when they ask what the hell is that? I just tell them "It's my crack pipe dude, lay off"

I used to vape in the breakroom and the managers had a meeting and said they don't want anyone vaping inside because it looks "unprofessional and offensive"... yeah.

Had a talk to the HR person previously and she just didn't understand what it was and kept telling me it was the "same as smoking".

I wok construction, they prefer us use these. A lot of our job site still have people smoking all over the place.

I learned to hold the vape in until little or now vapor on exhale, I have also been known to take mine to the lady's room lol

I do stealth vape in the restroom andand, anywhere I get a free shot. So far no one has said anything. It's definitely not allowed, so I am taking chances for sure. And it's worth it.

I vape in my office with the door closed during certain times of the day. I keep it private and it is not a big deal. Stick to the berry flavors in the office and it smells like an air freshner.

Vaping at work right now. I was the third or fourth person I know here at work to convert. I've helped a couple people after me do the same.

A few weeks ago, one of our senior VP's was here and he used to be a big smoker as was I. We used to see each other outside at the smoking area whenever he was in town. Was in a meeting with him and he was vaping on an itaste vv. After the meeting I asked him about it and he went online and showed me the website he buys stuff from, etc. I now have the itaste vv and sit at work and vape with no issues. I won't do it in meetings...just feels too weird...but will sit at my desk and vape, around friends that always wanted me to quit smoking etc. I haven't smoked cigs in a couple of weeks, and last I tried one, I hated the smell and taste...definitley prefer vaping

I vape all day long at work. I'm sure the smoke from burning cutting oil and steel smoke is worse for everyone than my vapor, plus I get more done without taking smoke breaks

Although smoking is strictly prohibited, our boss wasn't so strict about it, and did not give us (smokers) a hard time about it at work, so when my boss (non-smoker) first saw me puffing on my e-cig, he fascinated with it and was impressed when I explained its concept, he then started encouraging other smokers in our division to switch to ecigs or stop smoking.
The smokers in my department now hate me with a passion

I vape at work all the time and I am Military. After a bit of explaining and answering all of the "What the ....... is that???" questioning, everyone got pretty comfortable with it really quick. My boss actually likes it when I vape in our shop because he says it makes the place smell a lot better. Just use education. The more you talk about it and the more you educate others, the easier it will be for all of those around you.

I am vaping at work at the moment. I work night shift in a hotel. I walk all over the hotel and even in the lounge. Love it. I bring my whole tackle box with me to work everynight. I even let all my co-workers take hits. They all love it. For some reason still unable to convert them though. They are stuck in there ways with the analogs.

I vape wherever,and whenever I want. I'm really good at stealth vaping. Enjoyed the new Bond movie the other night ,just take a big puff ,hold it in a minute and blow into my sweater . No one ever notices.

I vape at work, but my coworkers all smoke or don't care. Also, I work at a coal mine so 90% of the time I'm outside, and smoking is permitted inside. When I smoked analogs I always went in the garage because I didn't want my house to stink. I've been vaping a little over a month and still go in the garage sometimes to vape... Guess it makes me feel "normal"? 16 year habit, but I'm starting to vape inside cozy on the couch.
