Food for thought: we (as the human race in modern times) have so many addictions and fixations that it's mind boggling. Just replace the "e-cig" in this topic with "caffeine", "facebook", "online gaming" etc and you will see that all the arguments apply.
What I mean is that from a moral point of view we can't argue as we all have some small vices we like. We are not cave men so we are not pure
