Food for thought: we (as the human race in modern times) have so many addictions and fixations that it's mind boggling. Just replace the "e-cig" in this topic with "caffeine", "facebook", "online gaming" etc and you will see that all the arguments apply.

What I mean is that from a moral point of view we can't argue as we all have some small vices we like. We are not cave men so we are not pure :p.

An in any case (back on topic for the e-cigarettes)... when anyone confronts me in public there is one answer that always shuts them up: "I prefer the slight chance that something might harm me to the certainty that something WILL kill me"

I'm not shy about vaping in public. I do get odd looks from people, especially when using my Chuck, but it's all good. I don't however call unwanted attention to myself by vaping indoors in public places without asking permission first. Just because I can "technically" use it anywhere doesn't mean I have to. If I do feel the need I stealth it.
