I have had the stainless steel Vamo since January 2013. I have to agree that it seems to be a great value and produces a consistent quality vape using an Artemus tank. The only problem I have had to contend with is the lack of an air vent, which I solved by drilling a 1/16th inch hole through the drip well. tanks sit flush on the top of the Vamo and this cuts off the air flow. Just a design flaw. So far I love this device, but I purchased one of the mechanical GG-Clones as a backup. The vape on the GG-Mechanical Clone is not quite as tasty, and as the battery looses power the vape gets cooler. The Vamo will maintain a consistent taste right up until the battery reaches 3.2 Volts. The prices have gone up about $10.00 since January on the stainless steel model, but it still is a good deal.

I'm actually really considering the iTaste MVP. I'm not a huge fan of box mods but this one looks pretty nice. I like the features of it and the fact that it has a built in rechargeable battery. Has anyone used one?

Very happy with my MVP, I've been using it exclusively for over a month. It's nicely built, but it does have a couple of quirks... the "beauty ring" (their words, not mine) is frankly... well... ugly. I use small and large eGo sleeves instead... they don't hang over the side of the device. It's a breeze to set voltage, but sometimes a bit too easy... I've had mine in my pocket and had the voltage change from 3.5 all the way up to 5.0 volts, so now I make sure there's nothing else in my pockets that can hit the buttons. It's a very solid device, and it lasts me about a day and a half of heavy vaping before it gives a low battery signal. No special charger needed, so you can put that box monstrosity that comes with it away and just use a regular micro usb cable/charger. You can also use it while it is charging, which is a big plus for me because I always forget to charge at night. I can happily vape away at my desk while it's plugged in to the charger. This is mine with a black carbon fiber wrap from VaporSkinz and an iClear 30:

That's because you're I assume using attys with a resistance of closer to 1.5Ω, correct? A mechanical PV like the Chi-Chi is mainly suited for using rebuildables in the sub-1Ω category, often between .6Ω-.9Ω or even lower, I've seen people vaping .3-.4Ω which is getting to the point of being dangerous if you don't know what you're doing and you're not using the correct batteries and safety procedures. I rock a Penelope on a GGTS with a Stealth cap, with twisted 32g nichrome wires, at probably, oh .7-.8Ω and it's absolutely a wonderful vape until the battery is low. If I were using a 1.5ohm HH.357 for example, the vape would drop off much sooner.
